The hotel's location makes it easy to access from BTS, and the layout is absolutely beautiful. It's an oasis in the middle of the bustling city. I felt like I was back in the Andaman Sea islands! They did forget to leave clean towels one day when they cleaned, but all it took was a quick 2-minute walk to the office and my towels were being delivered by the time I got back to our bungalow. My family would absolutely stay here again!

Lust w. Trees & shrubs street, nice pool, clean bed rooms, but A/C n TV remotes didn’t always work well. Bathroom could use an uplift. Pretty efficient and good location, 12 mins walk to train.

I requested for a hair dryer and waited for 2 days. I left a message to the front desk of no need to clean my room but was ignored. Again, it happed the same on the next day. Ants found inside the toilet. The only good thing is the bottle drinking water refilled everyday even I still have the four bottles water in the room.

Leuke opzet van de kamers verschillende huisjes rondom het zwembad. Schimmige lange straat die je moest doorlopen voordat je bij het resort aankwam. Bij aankomst een gratis “upgrade” gekregen. Bij gebruik kwamen wij erachter dat het niet zo was. Sterke schimmel geur, kapotte en scheurde bedlinnen, het doucheputje was niet onder de douche maar achter de wc. Waardoor je hele badkamer nat werd. De wc verstopt. (Die niet zo betegeld eruit ziet als op de foto’s!) Gelijk gemeld er zou iemand langs komen om het te maken. Helaas de nacht met doorlopende wc geluiden geslapen. De volgende morgen geklaagd over het stukke bedlinnen, verstopte wc, de wc niet overeen kwam met foto etc. Wij kregen een nieuwe kamer. De kamer waar wij uiteindelijk in mochten na 3 uur wachten bleek ( zag ik in de ochtend) allang schoongemaakt te zijn. Maar goed. Vol goede moed gaan we de kamer in. Zal dit het dan zijn? Zoals op de foto’s en verwacht? Helaas ik loop naar het bed haal het kleine kussentje weg voor de hoofdkussen zit daar ook een groot gat! Toen wist ik dat de hoop na bij was. Sterker nog de wasbak in de douche ( die ook niet leek zoals op de foto’s) zat los van de muur! Wij waren blij dat we de volgende dag konden uitchecken en weg konden.

Think twice before you book

The booking was for a Deluxe Bungalow with pool view per the listing. The hotel put us in a standard double room which was listed at $27. We talked to two different staff members and they were completely rude and kept saying we only paid the lesser amount due to using our free night. We would not recommend this place to anyone. This is due to rude staff, and pictures posted on the listing that don't match the accommodations.

리조트중에서 시설이 넘 안좋습니다. 익스피이야 별4개로 나오는데.. 이해가 안되네요 제다 다녀본경험항 하나반정도입니다. 판넬로 이어붙이기 한 리조트는 처음 입니다. 가종 소음 및 걸어다녀도 합판 소리가 나는리조트는... 화장실 상태는 여인숙 수준이더 군요...

眼鏡をかけた若いフロントの青年は確信犯的にダブルブッキングをしている感じでした。エクスペディアのコールセンターの女性の迅速で丁寧な対応により解決しましたが、それがなければ、とても残念な宿泊になったところでした。施設は値段相応かと思いますが、修理が必要と思う所もありました。プールはたしかに狭いし塩素が濃いですが、在ってよかったです。眼鏡の青年以外のフロントは良い印象でした。

De qui se moque t'on ?

Nous avons été placé dans une chambre de 9m2 sans vue piscine comme réservé. L'accueil m'a dit que ce n'était que pour les familles : circulez. Donc payé du bungalow deluxe pour avoir un standard et même pas de compensation. Une lame de terrasse était cassée et on s'y est blessé : pour réparer il ont mis un bout de placoplatre au dessus... La piscine pas accessible : les enfants de couples d'indiens l'avaient "annexé", et les parents veillée à ce que personnes ne les dérangent... Nous sommes partis comme nous sommes arrivés : sans même qu'ils daignent considérer notre présence... Juste un "Hope you come back" Ben justement faut pas non plus pousser😠

We specifically asked for A/C and wifi, but WIFI is terrible and worst, A/C is not working, and after 2 days moved to a new room. Terrible experiences, night shift staff, Yvonne, also not nice.

Une horreur a éviter de toute urgence Chambre réservée studio n’existe pas on vous surclasse soit disant mais au final à la place d’une de luxe vue piscine on se retrouve dans une chambre miteuse, sans vue, sale, défraîchie! Personne n’écoute à l’accueil Piscine sur chlorée et donc inutilisable On nous a gardé 1 passeport, ce qui ne se fait plus et au départ on a pas fait attention au milieu de l’ensemble des passeports qu’il nous en manquait un et quand j’ai demandé si tout était ok on m’a dit oui. Je vois explique pas le stress 1h plus tard une fois à l’aéroport. Bref tres très déçue

People are friendly and nice, but the room was very small for 2 people no drink water, wet small bathroom. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool, but it’s crazy strong chemical water. My eyes, skin, hair was so painful. Could not breath properly it was sad.

Found the staff very helpful and obliging . Room was very clean and roomy. Most facilities in room and cleaned very day. Pool was clean and plenty of room to swim in ,with the spa jets. The resort is situated not far from the main Tesco shopping centre and handy to the BTS station,Bus Stop and Cinemas.

I like that they had an English speaking desk receptionist. It’s walking distance to the train station and century plaza mall where you can dine cheaply. Princess Cafe is right across the street and my parents and I had breakfast there everyday coz staff speaks English n friendly and the cafe is cute, cozy and peaceful. Bed comforter had a stain and also the pillow case. The toilet seat was not screwed so it moves side to side whenever you seat. The bathroom/toilet physical layout was terribly designed, water from the shower goes all the way to the toilet floor and the drain was not that good. My father actually told the desk receptionist to put tiles and improve drain in their bathroom for their future guests 😀 Overall, the area is quiet and the pool is a great place to hang out just to relax from tiring day.

駄目。絶対。

初日、ホテルに着いてチェックインしたところ、「タクシーで移動します」とのこと。意味が分からず説明を聞くと「overbookingの為今日はここには泊まれない」とのこと。いや、既にお金も払ってるし、有り得ない。ちゃんと部屋を作れといっても一向に聞き入れず、「系列のホテルでグレードアップしたから」の一点張り。深夜でこれから探すのも大変だからしょうがなく聞き入れて移動するも、アップグレードどころか、男二人なのにダブルベッド一つ。タオルは穴が空いてる上に黄色シミが多数。シャワーは簡易シャワーるーむ、下水の臭いも酷い。掃除も全然できていない。メソッドタイプだか作りが酷くゲストハウス以下。激怒し、フロントにいくと、同じ様に他の系列でoverbookingで移動して来た他の客も呆れた顔で同じ内容で激怒中。もう全日キャンセルするから全額返金しろとの旨を伝えて部屋をでて、そこから新しいホテルを探した。その日の内にhotel.comに内容伝えて同じく全日キャンセルと全額返金してくれとのクレームを入れた。翌日、hotel.comから連絡がきて、「リゾートMから連絡とりました。最初は全額返金しないといってましたが、二日分以外は返金するということになりました」とのこと。いやいや、そもそもoverbookingで部屋が無いのはリゾートM側の不適切だし、そもそも部屋に泊まっても居ないのに全額返金出来ないとか、二日分返さないとか有り得ないだろと伝えるも、リゾートM側は対応しないとのこと。結果、hotel.comから二日分以上のポイントを出すとの神対応で事なきを得たが、ここ、overbookingは当たり前で他の系列に回すようなことを頻繁にやってる感じだった。また、料金を割高に出して割引して割安感をだしているセコイことをやっている。正規値段のレベルのホテルじゃない。絶対に予約しちゃだめ。特に日本人は止めたほうがいい。以下、写真説明。 1ウンコが付いた穴あきタオル。 2二人でツインベッドでの予約がダブルベッド一つ 3玄関のキー。こんな鍵で安心して外出出来ない 4「部屋にプールついてます」子供用のプールが玄関前に。こんなん入ってたら頭おかしい人だわ 5これもって系列ホテル行けとのこと。なれた手付きまじ有り得ない。怒

After riding a taxi for a long time to get there from the airport, especially it was already after 3:30am, we were told they had 3 out of 5 toilets broken and they had to send us somewhere else (Grand Living Place) to stay... they told me I could have bottled water, but charged me for it and although the staff at the hotel gave me some money to cover the night stay at the Grand Living Place, after we got there, the money was not enough to cover that night, so I had to pay extra myself to cover that night while Resort M Bangkok kept my payment. To make long story short, my daughter had a medical emergency as soon as we got to the other place, the staff at the Grand Living Place speaks extremely limited English. I asked for help to get her to the doctor or a hospital, the staff kept saying “tomorrow”, and it was 4:30am! I even used google translator to show him what I needed, he still refused to help. He kept gestering “sleep”. I demanded to talk to his boss, he gestured that she was asleep. I was devastated for not able to get help... I finally got a taxi and got my daughter to the ER. She got treated and is doing better now, thank the Lord! After that kind of mis-treatment and experience, I asked to cancel my reservation with Resort M Bangkok and was told the hotel refused to refund my money for the first two nights. So I had to pay two nights to Resort M Bangkok for their own problematic toilets, and I had to pay myself for the other place! Avoid both places at all cost

worst place,bedbug!!

I stayed 1day,day gave big room,but I got trouble with bedbug at there. now already after 3days but I still had trouble with my skin. (quite annoying and painful) .when I check out I show all the body part where bedbug bitten me. but they did nothing
