A good apartment, with decent transport links.

The apartment itself is ok - equipped, clean, decorated to make the most of the space, with a nice balcony & useful parking. Bathrooms could do with a update & dining furniture is different to images. Shared space, I.e. hallways are very tired. Check-in is a fairly convoluted process and there are lots of apartments - without a map / if you take the wrong lift this can be drawn out. My main gripe related to a cleaning incident during my stay - but customer service was prompt, efficient and apologetic.

Nice apartment in excellent location

This review is for apartment in 21 Boxford Ridge. The apartment is good size and has everything that is expected and needed. I can recommend it and would go there again. It's near the city center and public transportation connections. My only small complaint is that the bed not very good, I would have liked thicker, better mattress.

Nous ne pouvons pas donner un avis sur notre réservation, vu que la veille de notre départ nous avons été relogé car à priori le chauffage n'était plus fonctionnel (intempéries au Royaume uni). Ceci-dit, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un grand complexe en plein centre commercial. Pas de réception, un vrai jeu de piste pour trouver les clés, le parking, la chambre,...même problème pour la remise des clés. Cela ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. NOus apprécierions un geste commercial de la part d'Hotel.com....

Clean, modern furnished apartments with a kitchen, double bed, Wi-Fi and Sky TV. Well appointed, comfortable with some nice touches. It's a bit tricky extracting the key, but the administrator emails a clear set of guides before arrival, and offers a 24-hour contact number

Close to the station, clean, functional, bad wifi

Bad internet service, they tried to fix but both options provides were dropping out constantly. I ended up doing tethering from my phone. The flat was really cold as it has single glazed door and windows and 1 heater behind the door. They provided me with a portable heater, which helped a little.

2 bed apartment. Family of 4

Lovely accommodation on ground floor. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Well equipped kitchen for making dinner at night. Only downside we found. One sofa was sagging terribly in the middle which made it practically unusable, and the mattress on the double bed has seen better days. If these were changed immediately then your future guests will be more than comfortable. Half hour drive to Legoland was great, and station in Bracknell we used for getting into London on Sat. 1 hour to Waterloo. Go for the rail ticket with combined underground travel. Great for a day of sightseeing.

Roomy and comfortable

Very roomy apartment booked at lucky bargain rate. Overlooking garden and trees to the rear, quiet with green views from Juliet balcony - lovely to have doors open for breakfast. No sound on TV, instructions on how to address in the welcome pack but TBH I couldn't be bothered. Plenty of good quality towels, nice firm bed, slept very soundly. One v slight niggle - 2 locks on door, housekeeping came in to leave extra pan (for which, thank you) but only secured one of the locks. Thought I was going nuts when I returned that evening till I saw the extra pan & realised someone else had been in. But most places only have one lock in the first place, so really not an issue.

Appartamenti self catering non lontano da Londra

Ci siamo fermati in questa struttura per 2 settimane, data la posizione strategica per poter girare il cuore dell'Inghilterra e Londra che dista a meno di un ora di treno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento per due persone era grande abbastanza, si poterebbe stare anche in tre dato che c'erano 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. la cucina ben fornita, non mancava niente per il self catering, giudizio piu' che positivo, sicuramente lo consiglierei, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini.
