The tv in my room stopped working and wasn’t fixed before I checked out . The NFL draft and the nba playoffs were on I wanted to watch both and I couldn’t . If you want to watch any tv at all I wouldn’t stay here .

Great stay. Easy check in with friendly staff. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Roof top hot tub was a delight. The jets didn’t seem to work, but still enjoyable. Bar staff was friendly. Happy hour could use a few more drink options if you’re not a wine or beer kind of person. Loved the robes in the room. Really cozy. Location was great. Quiet yet easy walking to area shops, restaurants and bars.

Were not given pet policy or parking pass when we checked in after even being given a room close to the door to take our dog out. Then, were scolded for not signing the pet form. That is kind of hard to do when you did not know one existed. Then we received a call late at night saying that our pet stunk when it was actually water on the carpet that was seeping in around the exit door in the hall. There were also numerous other pets on our floor so waking us up to be scolded again was ridiculous. The service was horrible in the bar area. The bartender was talking to friends and ignoring the customers. We tried to call room service and we're transferred numerous times to a full mailbox. When we were finally connected with someone they said they were out of what we were trying to order. The location of the hotel was great but everything else was absolutely horrible

The hotel was absolutely perfect, a beautiful yet relaxed atmosphere. Within walking distance to the main street so no need to drive and find parking when going out for dinner & drinks or coffee & shopping. It was so convenient and lovely, it will be our go-to hotel for all of our future trips to Whitefish.

My husband and I came for Valentine's Day weekend. it was a lovely stay and the best part is they are a pet-friendly hotel so we were able to bring our dog on our weekend getaway! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Whitefish so we could walk to all the restaurants and get drinks without needing to drive. Its a very cute hotel with a fireplace in the lobby/bar area. Wonderful experience!
