バスターミナルから歩いて15分ほどのところにあります。 レンタバイクを利用すれば、歴史公園への観光は半日で済ますことも可能です。スタッフが親切で、コスパは高いと思います。

Mega lækkert hotel med så dejligt personale. Altid klar til at hjælpe. Hotellet ligger i new sukhothai, men på den anden side af vejen er der transport til old sukhothai for 30 baht.

Excellent place and services, good location.

Excellent place and excellent service and excellent staffs are very friendly and very helpful, good location. Have bikes and motorcycles for renting if you are need to travelling around in city by yourself. And also be closer to transport if u feeling need to catching the city bus for to going to the history temple or going to the market place in the city. In the morning enjoying with the coffee with the Great breakfast. Here they are will look after you like you are family. All everything here excellent.

Location is close to bus station but you have to know the short cut. So remember to ask the hotel owner. Room quality is good for the price. 7-11 and some restaurants may need to walk for minutes but for me still in acceptable distance.

Not the first time staying at EZ House, house owner is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and the environment is good. Highly Recommended!

整潔舒適的GUESTHOUSE

房間乾淨，浴室有熱水，水力亦夠大，有空調，有WIFI。民宿本身有餐廳，食物美味且價錢合理，還有單車免費外借，值得一讚。去古城很方便，只需過對面馬路等那用木頭造的大型雙條車，車頭有牌寫著 "TO OLD CITY" 每人30泰銖。

Not impressed.

The receptionist didn't know that I had paid and made me pay a deposit that was almost double what the room cost. The owner refunded all money the next day. I asked where the on site parking was, it turned out the free parking on site was on the street in front of the hotel. The room is in need of an upgrade.

Decu par cet hotel . Acceuil froid ..l hotel a d abord essaye de nous donner ine chambre de categorie inferieure puis une chambre avec une fenetre qui donnait sur un mur a 1m a peine. Soi disant qu'il y a en avait pas d autre .devant notre assistance il nous ont trouve un chambre un peux mieux L entre du sois disanr hotel se faisait par un passage de meme pas 1 m!!!

깨끗하고 조용한 숙소

제가 투숙했을때 숙박객이 거의 없어서 그런지 조용했습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 1층에는 아기자기한 카페도 있습니다. 하지만, 리셉션에 거의 사람이 없고, 종업원들은 정말 친절하지만, 영어를 거의하지 못합니다.

Nice low-key place, the room was quiet and clean but a bit dark. Location is convenient to catch the pickups to old Sukhothai and kind of walkable to the long-distance bus station, but apart from that there’s really nothing nearby.

Good stay

Everything seemed ok for us here, nothing special but no issues either. Breakfast was a bit erratic (we got different choices and format on each of the several mornings we stayed, inexplicably... also the Thai version was much better than the Western alternative!) and first impressions were not the best as they take you down a dingy alley round the back to the rooms, but actually... everything was absolutely fine! The room was quiet and aircon worked well (no outlook though, straight onto the wall of the next house), wifi was good, all clean, I'd say very good for the money!
