飯店離市中心非常近，假日市集，盼道寺，三王廟，歷史中心.......等藝文區皆在步行可達範圍，非常方便，地處安靜區域居住品質好，服務人員態度親切，解決問題能力好。

卫生间不是很好，床单满脏的，住在一楼很多蚊子，洗手盆在冲凉房的外面，下水道很点堵塞

It can provide all the basic needs for our short stay. It's quite close to the Sunday Night Market. The staff is very helpful to give us advise for the city tour and arrange the tour to Chiang Rai.

Ruhiges kleines Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Im Innenhof leider die ganze Nacht Licht, sodass es nachts sehr hell im Zimmer war. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück fällt sehr klein aus, da es nur Toast und Marmelade, Tee und Kaffe gibt. Jeden zweiten Tag Zimmerreinigung. Jeden Tag zwei Flaschen kostenloses Wasser.

This guesthouse is close to all parts of the old city and the Saturday Night Market. The room was decent and comfortable. Our only complaint was the slow moving shower drain. Breakfast was bread and tea, but we didn't think we would get anything so toast was a nice surprise.

Modern big room with air conditioning, comfy big bed and hot shower with separate wash room. Reception staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were off to the airport on time. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

El hotel está bien considerando el precio. Las chicas de recepción son muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo momento. La habitación está bien, solo un poco de mal olor en el baño. La ubicación muy bien, pudimos ir andando a la mayoría de lugares como los templos y al night market (aunque este último está media hora a pie).

Das Hotel ist ein wenig runtergekommen, jedoch gibt man sich sehr viel Mühe mit dem Kontakt mit den Gästen. Die Rezeptionistin sprach Englisch und hat uns Reisen/Tuktuks usw. bestellt und reserviert. Sie war sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer war es morgens sehr laut (nebenan war eine Schule), was uns aber nicht gross störte. Das Bad war in Kombi mit Dusche und Wc; sprich, beim Duschen war einfach alles nass. Die Toilette war nicht wirklich sauber und es hatte noch diverse Haare von VorgängerInnen. Über gammelige Lufterfrischer, Klobürsten welche einfach nur rumlagen oder staubige Gläser konnten wir aufgrund des Preises hinwegsehen. Für diesen Preis war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Jedoch würde ich das Nächstemal bisschen länger nach einer Unterkunft suchen, welche auch eher ausserhalb des "Quadrates" ist. Aber nochmals, P/L ist tiptop und man verbringt schliesslich nur die Nacht dort. Zweckmässig wärde ein passendes Wort für das Hotel :-) Adds: Man konnte jeden Tag ein gratis Wasser nehmen und zum Frühstück gab es Toast und Kaffee. Ein Kühlschrank, ein alter TV, Schrank und Klima gab es im Zimmer. WiFi funktionnierte auch.

Locates on the center of the old city, easy to go to every where in Chiang Mai. The hotel itself is okay, bit old, but the staffs were very nice and helpful.

El hotel cuenta con las comodidades básicas, es limpio y prolijo. Proveían agua y tostadas a la mañana. La atención muy buena y amable. Es sencillo pero bien.

가격에 적절한 방이라고 본다. 위치도 좋은 편이고 학교 옆이라 자동 모닝콜 직원들도 친근하다. 방이 넓긴 하지만 습하고 밤엔 춥더라 이불이 얇아서 더 그렇다. 이용은 안 했지만 호텔에서 마사지 바이크 렌트가 가능하다. 투어예약도 가능하다. 아침은 셀프 토스트. 춥고 습한 걸 제외하면 좋은 숙박시설이다.

Lokalizacja do zwiedzania i jedzenia Ok ale w pokoju śmierdziało kanalizacja. Nie było klimatyzacji tylko wentylator. Prysznic trafiał wprost do wc, słuchawka na wysokości ramion a nie głowy. Podgrzewacz wody nie do końca sprawny. Pani z obsługi bardzo miła.

It was a very basic hotel, but pretty clean. The staff was however very nice and helped us book tours. For the price we paid, we were happy with our stay at Nine resident.

Hotel itself is okay. But very good location in old city and staff were exceptional. Very friendly and happy to help. Each guest gets a handmade thank you card for staying there which was a really nice touch
