Hit and miss.
The AC didn’t work. The room was stuffy and humid without the window open, then flies. No coffee for sale or gratis as you had to buy the whole breakfast that I didn’t want. One of the staff was very nice. The other two were indifferent and treated you as an interruption to their conversation. I liked having a tub. Conveniently located. The bed was comfortable. Poor lighting in the bath vanity. The room was dated. I had emailed the hotel before arrival requesting a double bed and upon arrival I asked why neither the email I sent over hotel.com or the email I sent directly using the Hotel‘s website was answered. The person at the reception who was very nice told me that they don’t answer emails about the beds because they don’t know What will be available up upon arrival. That’s fine. I understand that. But you answer all emails from your travelers and you tell them that. That is professional communication. Simply not answering any email is unacceptable.
