Probably won’t stay again

Hotels.com stated it had A/C when in fact it did not. The toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to use the lobby toilet. When I called the front desk her response was she could call a plumber in the morning- not helpful. Didn’t offer another room.

Marvellous and free parking!

Marvellous! Except for the obvius, nice room, friendly staff, easy and fast check-in - He already knew who i was when i arrived, i can mention: free parking!, and easy parking! They had a power-adapter i could borrow, since i forgot my three adapters back home!, easy access from the main road, but still quiet!

Excellent check-in with John followed by nice visit to the pub and restful night's sleep. Easy and plentiful parking. Location was perfect for us on the way out of Waterford along the south coast!

Excellent Hotel

This hotel is a brilliant place to stay. It is easy to locate, there is a large amount of free easy parking. The breakfast is of good quality, plentiful and well cooked. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is nothing not to like here.

This traditional hotel provided a comfortable overnight stopover en route the West of Ireland from the Rosslare ferry port. We enjoyed our bar supper and our breakfast but were disappointed there was no fruit at all available at breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel just outside Waterford. Very quiet setting surrounded by beautiful countryside. Friendly welcome from the staff and great service and food in the bar. Room was a great size, very spacious and very clean. Only negative was the toilet and tap in the sink were constantly trickling water. Only minor things, and certainly didn’t hinder our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Bonjour , je vous ai contacté mercredi vers 18h et 19h pour vous signaler mon problème de voiture (pneu explosé) à une heure de route du rhu glenn hotel. Le gérant (un homme) à répondu qu'il acceptait d'annuler la chambre car la situation était exceptionnelle. Mon prestataire Hotels.com m'indique que la chambre sera facturée !
