It was perfect for what we needed. It was better than we thought we were getting, when we saw the price. Smart TV, Fridge, WiFi, across the street from the boardwalk. What more can you want in a very cheap hotel.

Nothing like was advertised on Hotels.com. Very unhappy. Will never go back. Room smelled like mold. Had leave the door for fresh air. Too far to the boardwalk.

Our room was clean, updated, and included a kitchenette. The AC worked perfectly, and we enjoyed eating out on our deck. Parking is a little tight but it’s free!

Abdul did awesome getting our door fixed in a timely manner when we locked our key in our room and he had to let us in and the key card wouldn’t work. It was enough room for myself, my husband and 2 children. The one thing I can say could be improved is no services were done when we had the tag on door asking for some . I walk with a cane and they had us on the third floor which was a lot . Overall the stay was good and we will return. Very conveniently located to the boardwalk and convention center which was where we needed to be.

We ran out of toilet paper and went down stairs to ask for it and they said they will bring it up to us and never did. Plus we told them the tv was not working and they were going to send someone up and never did l.

The hotel was a good beachside stay hotel. It wasnt fancy, but it worked for our short stay for a cheerleading event. The TV volume didn't work and there weren't any amenities, but I assumed that for a beachside stay.

The check in/out time was not as advertised on the Travelocity app. When trying to leave the office was not open and I had to return several times to catch when the person was working. Which ended up being several hours after the advertised time. Only street parking was available. The stairs required maintenance and didn’t look safe. The room had multiple maintenance issues. There was a moldy smell. There was rust and lime scaling around the doors water fixtures, lamps and thresholds. The bathroom shower did not have hot water. You could see where caulking was used to cover up mold all the way around the tub. The hvac unit was up high and had to stand on a chair to turn it on and adjust the temperature and fan settings. The unit is tremendously loud and was hard to sleep or listen to the TV. The unit had visible black mold and didn’t look like it had been serviced. While in the room it was hard to breathe and needed to leave the door open so fresh airs could circulate in to combat the smell. The TV remote didn’t work and had to adjust the tv with buttons on side of tv. The ONLY thing that was positive was the location in relation to the event I was attending.

I found it odd the office called me 2 separate times during the day of traveling to Wildwood for my mom's memorial service to ask what time I would be checking in. It later made sense as to why. When we arrived, we checked into the two rooms, got our room keys and parking passes. Upon entering the one room, we found old moldy food in the refrigerator, blood in the bath tub, throw up on the toilet and dirty sheets on the bed! The other room had a dirty washcloth in between the beds on the floor and the room was an ice box!! Mind you it's cold there, it's winter and the AC was set at 60 some degrees. I used a chair to get up to switch it to heat and noticed the entire area where the air blows from was covered black with mold! Which I am highly allergic!! And no comforters on the bed, sheets only. We went to the office to complain but the office was now closed, hence why he was calling to see what time I would be checking in, so he could leave. Needless to say we had to go find another hotel, which was perfect and went to hand in the keys etc the next day and explained why we couldn't stay there. No apology and no refund of any kind when I asked and when Expedia contacted them. I wouldn't have kept my dog there! And I had family with me from Indiana and Florida... horrible experience to say the least!
