Great stay in a lovely area

Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way!

Excellent hotel.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this hotel, I would give 10 stars, Staff are very friendly and speak English, always smiling, Edina is wonderful, helping with all the information you need, Location is great, one minute walk from the metro station that would take you to city center in less than 10 minutes, breakfast is excellent with many varieties, the hotel is with excellent quality of service, cleaniess. I would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Mirage Medic Hotel was great, we had a quiet room, all the staff (at the reception and also the cleaning personell) was very friendly and forthcoming, we also could check in earlier which was great because we arrived in the morning! They also offer additional services, e.g. you can book tickets for the thermal bath nearby directly at the reception as well. The location is also great, as there is a lot of things to do directly in walking distance in the park (e.g. the thermal bath or the museum of ethnography are both recommendable) and also a metro station to get into other parts of the city quickly.

I must say that this hotel made our stay in Budapest fantastic. We really appreciated that he took care of our arrival at the hotel from the airport, booking us a driver Stefano, who was a friendly and really nice person. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist who offered us a delicious tea, which was very welcome considering it was snowing. The hotel has all the comforts, abundant breakfast, very friendly staff and the location is really unique. It is a short walk from the M1 metro and overlooks Heroes Square. Recommended it, really the top

Amazing 4 Star Luxury Hotel

We stayed in room 203, extremely comfortable and warm, very clean, 4 star luxury standards on point. Reception was very warm on arrival and departure, breakfast was very good and the staff as well extremely kind and smiley. Thank you on the last day to let us check out 30 later due to my meeting. When we will be back in Budapest this will surely be the place to stay again. This hotel has also the best location near the M1 Line, the Hosok Tere, traditional restaurants nearby, and you can walk nicely to Oktogon and enjoy the city centre. Best of both worlds! Me and my wife loved it, great Valentine’s/Business stay!

With little notice, this hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to a different hotel. We went to ask why while we were there and were given no answer but that there was a technical issue

We stayed the weekend Friday to Sunday. On checking in we discovered the hotel reception is intact a medical centre, none of the expected sitting area with ability to enjoy a coffee etc. No bar, in fact if you want to have a drink you have to waiting for a coffee shop / bar attached to the hotel to open. It appears they have just rented this facility out and they open late (noon) and close early 21:00. The hotels advertised breakfast times do not align with those advertised on Expedia - breakfast is now 08:00 to 10:00 every day. It’s a very very limited choice buffet with small portions. The quality is ok. This is not worth 15Euri each Staff try to be helpful but they can not help with complaints at weekends, I requested a refund as my room type was not as booked and could not take breakfast last day due to the reduced hours. Despite leaving a message for owner/ manager to contact me zero and zero from Expedia complaints
