The property was beautiful, staff friendly and very helpful. Pools were very cold, we opted for the ocean instead. We stayed in El Beso- Adult only. I had to ask to be moved as my room was directly in front of the pool, with the music blaring all day, way to much for this old fart!. We upgraded to swim up rooms, would never do again, waste of money, pool in front was small and freezing, no sun all day. Looked pretty but not useable. Rooms very nice and cleaned each day. Bar wasn't stocked regularly and only offered canned beer, yuk. That was ok though as you could go anywhere and get a beverage. Food was standard all inclusive. Did not have one meal that was memorable or wow, but neither did we have any meals that were gross. Best food, at the beach, good burgers and pizza and the view was stunning. The reservation restaurants were hustling you in and out only allowing 1 hour per group. Night club was ok, need to upgrade their music, stuck in the 2000's for sure, same songs on repeat but again it was ok. One thing I didnt appreciate is the wolves at the lobby of the restaurant trying to sell you on time share or investments on future resorts. As many times as I said no, they kept uping the anti with more free things. I think its rude, I am paying my dollars to go to your resort to be hounded by people trying to sell me stuff. Complete turn off! I would go to this resort again sans high pressure sales staff!
