Food was very average, very little fresh fruit available. Most drinks were pretty bad with terrible sugar mixes used. Bad location for adult pool - it is directly across from the kids pool... We booked hydro therapy at the spa - extremely disappointing! They were completely unorganized, sauna was not turned on and ready for us. There was no guidance or assistance, hot tub wasn't very hot...

We enjoyed our stay at El Beso and were impressed with all the additional things that are included like tennis, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. lots of food options but there is some down time when restaurants are not open. Didn’t love that. Would visit again. Rooms are nice.

Overall had a great experience at this resort. We arrived before check in time and were still able to enjoy the resort. We got a swim up room in the adults only section of the resort and it was perfect. Easy access to the rest of the resort. Close walking distance from both the dining and the beach. There were many options for food and the drinks at the bars were well made. Service was excellent, staff spoke both English and Spanish. While at the beach we were approached by many solicitors trying to sell massages/excursions/souvenirs. This got irritating as we were just trying to relax. Wish there was some restrictions on them approaching us.

Our client services/customer service rep Maria was amazing. She helped arrange our dinners and excursions and even helped us plan a perfect little surprise for the husbands. The only part I did not like was the constant hounding from the reps wanting us to basically do the resort time share presentation to get free massages or excursions. No matter how many times you say no thank you they continued to stalk you. That was very annoying.

The resort was amazing all around. Every member of the staff was so happy and helpful. William took care of us from the start and gave us so many helpful tips about the resort. All of the restaurants were great, but the steakhouse stood out. I just left and I can't wait to go back!

The restaurant choices were great and the food was amazing in all of them. Very beautiful resort and we really enjoyed our room and the adults only area. When booking we thought it was an adults only resort, but it is not, so note that as it is deceiving when booking! The gym was very well equipped, squat rack, cable machines, heavy free weights made it great if you are into weight training. The tennis courts are a bit uneven so be prepared for weird ball bounces. Honestly it was an amazing experience, the only down side was how much you are stopped and tried to sell something, like a massage, an upgrade, a photo, and you are asked to review everything all the time. Day one in the buffet our waiter introduced himself then asked me to scan a QR code to rate him online whilst he watched me….it was quite annoying by the end of the week but I understand that is how they sell their services.
