Great small hotel near downtown Palm Springs. Every room is pool-side, with a cooling pool and hot jacuzzi, lots of chaise loungers, a gas BBQ, and a nice basic breakfast. Our room had a comfy bed, sofa, and a nice kitchenette with dishes, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, lots of nice plastic pool cups and wine glasses.

Happy we stayed here. Contactless check-in and check-out, room / kitchen / bath were perfectly fine, pool and hot-tub courtyard were as-advertised, fellow guests were quiet and friendly, location was quiet and close to everything. Mini-split heating/ac was a little noisy and the showerhead had some mineral build-up, but overall really pleased with our stay.

Absolutely enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable suite I stayed in. I’m looking forward to coming back to the same suite on my next trip here. I’m a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness, and this suite was definitely clean, it passed my “Clorox wipe test”, yes, I travel with my own cleaning supplies, lol. I like to enter a hotel and wipe down everything I plan to touch, and to my surprise, this was the first hotel that left my wipe clean with no visible dirt.I really felt like I was home and it was a good thing because I chose to stay in because of the storm.
