Great spot close to the Duomo and Galleria Vittori

This was a gem of a spot that filled our need for one night. It was in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to keep our luggage there after check out. The elevator is tiny (from 1930's) but we didn't have much luggage. Rooms were well furnished, clean, and it was nice to have coffee/tea available. They had earplugs available but we weren't bothered by the street noise. Would stay there again!

Maybe acceptable for young people in summer

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The property is in a building likely older than 100 years. It advertises an elevator; however to reach that elevator I had to help my disabled wife to crawl up half a floor on treacherous steps to find a museum piece of a cute 100 year old elevator, allowing barely 2 people to squeeze in. Luckily, the very helpful personnel carried our multiple pieces of luggage up. The 2 rooms were very cold. The regular heater was defunct, instead each room had an electrical warm air blower . Since the walls to the outside were icecold it took over a day to achieve an acceptable temperature.

Very interesting and quaint little hotel. The room was large enough and the decor was nice. It had an original 1930’s elevator which was TINY but really neat and nostalgic. Be aware the front desk is just a small room inside the front door and it is not manned after hours, but when you check in, they give you a key and instructions on how to get in and how to use the elevator. The location was great for proximity to the Duomo and the Metro. Would stay here again.

It would be difficult to find accommodation that is more central than this, a couple of minutes from the Domo Piazza. Considering the position of our room, on the main street side, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The protected/listed 100 year old lift is tiny, but brilliant if you like quirky features.

This is a very cute room for the location and allowed us to see the local sites (El Duomo, La Scalla and Leonardo’s Last Supper) within walking distance. The bathroom was large, especially for Europe. The bed was comfortable enough too. However, the one down side was that the service didn’t leave extra toilet paper unless we asked, and when we did they were surprised we needed it

Very noisy got woken up by drilling and hammering round 7:30am not a good way to spend 2 nights in Milan. Very disappointed with hotel wanting €5 for each bag for them to hold on departure day !! Wouldn’t recommend these apartments.

Overall check in was easy and pleasant. Location was amazing. Checkout was equally easy. There are steps up to the elevator. Now about the elevator - it’s from early 1900s and definitely was scary at first but it worked fine. Bed was super comfortable and the room was quite large. Our biggest problems was the AC could not cool the room down. The others included a toilet seat that was rickety. And water pressure from the shower was non-existent. Overall, one for one night, it was fine. But thankfully we only stayed one night.

Comfortable sleep just steps to Duomo!

Excellent location and good communication with hosts. Bed was quite comfortable with a large bathroom area. Had a great sleep every night, outside noise was not an issue for us. Earplugs are provided if needed but windows are very good. Bedroom area has air conditioner but did not cool room very well. However understand it was extremely hot the 4 nights we were in Milan and A/C can only do so much. We had booked the White Room on hotels.com but upon arrival were told that hotels.com only booked a double room for us, not the White Room. A disappointment as not what we expected. When booking with hotels.com would suggest you confirm the room you have selected is what you will get. The apartment we were given was a lot smaller, no separate seating area, and lacked some amenities as advertised on a hotels.com such as coffee pods, tea, water etc. there is no washer or dryer. It would have been nice to have some additional dishes (breakfast bowls) as we did have some meals in room. Hotel did provide us with water when asked and the front desk staff were very courteous and friendly, helped with luggage up to room, easy check in and check out. Towels and garbage were refreshed/changed after 2 nights. Building is very old, with decor to match, quite quaint, like going back in time. The elevator is very small and of historic significance, very cool.

Not worth booking at this apartment hotel. Air conditioning is pre programmed to turn off after few hours in the middle of summer. Lift capacity is for 2 people only or 1 person and 1 bag. We saw guests fighting with the staff every time we visit the reception.

Wasn't a great place to stay. Its was very old, with a tiny elevator that you could barely fit one person in with a small bag. Tons of stairs up to the apartments if you couldn't use the elevator. It was very hot outside and the AC in the room barely worked. It would randomly turn off by itself as well, so when you would leave for the day and return later, it would be a sauna in the room. The shower was also very weak. There was absolutely no water pressure, it barely dripped out of the shower head so it took forever to try to even rinse off. Its a bummer because the 2 guys who worked there were very nice, but its was not a good experience. I would not recommend it to anyone. Try another place.
