The music from the hotel’s bar was SUPER loud - the walls were vibrating until around 2:30 AM. It was impossible to rest or fall asleep. If you’re planning to wake up early or want a quiet stay, this is not the hotel for you. The staff were kind and friendly, but the constant noise completely ruined the experience.

It was pretty fun. I stayed here for a month. There was always something to do around the corner. I enjoyed how convenient it was. And you were right around on fifth so you can hear and see all the activities and not be too far from them. And they had a great restaurant called La Tierra underneath.

The hotel was delightful note that its stairs only. Also it’s located right in the action for entertainment and shopping so noice level in evenings are high. But l was on rooftop very cozy. Air conditioner was perfect. Plug outlets were what l needed for Canada. I highly recommend if you don’t mind the noise.

The location is good, but Wifi doesn't work well, none of the windows are sound proof, impossible to sleep at night, there is a restaurant at the first floor with live music and few meters away there is a night club, so if you want a chill place to sleep, I don't recommend it.

Giving this high marks not because it's an amazing luxury resort, but for the price and what it is - excellent place to stay in Play del Carmen. Notes - it's right in the heart of the main strip so it is loud with club/bar noise at night, no two ways about it. But for the price and location you can't beat it. central and walkable to everything, easy walk to beach and all that 5th AVE has to offer. It's clean and felt safe, but is no frills. Looking for a low-cost trip to Play Del Carmen then this is it. Don't expect luxury, but for the price - it was great.
