A charmng hotel with excellent location right next to the Ponte Pietro bridge. The rooms are individual as the building is very old. Our room was beautifully renovated. Bed was good and plus points for the bathtub (though hot water was limited). Only minuses come from lousy soundproofing (we could hear the next door neighbours talking with a normal voice), the fact that we didn’t receive parking info even though I asked for it three times (there is no parking for the hotel even though the info suggests that ut’s available) and that the breakfast had no vegan options (vegetarian means cheese). The room delivery of the breakfast was though nice. The staff was friendly though I assume that there was some language barrier.

La struttura, in una posizione strategica nel centro storico, è curata nei minimi dettagli, elegante e accogliente, immersa in un’atmosfera di totale relax. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Ivano, un padrone di casa squisito, attento e disponibile, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. La sua passione e dedizione si percepiscono in ogni angolo del relais, trasformando un semplice soggiorno in un’esperienza perfetta. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi e sentirsi coccolati. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Charmoso, hospitaleiro e bem localizado.

Excelente opção de acomodação em Verona. Uma acomodação de poucos quartos, bem familiar. Extremamente limpa, e bem organizada. O proprietário é extremamente cuidadoso com toda estadia, inclusive, nos auxiliando a encontrar o estacionamento gratuito a poucos metros do local. Se for de carro, lembrar de avisar a placa ao staff, pois o B&B fica em ZTL. Café da manhã servido no quarto, bem feito. Ótimo custo benefício no geral.

We found the location to be in easy walking distance of all major. Whilst quite grand in appearance from the photos the interior is actually a little dated and although there was a lift to our floor we still had a number of steep stairs to negotiate with large suitcases. It was difficult to locate anyone for the front desk even at the times stated as "staffed". Verona is delightful

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questa struttura, accolti subito benissimo da Ivano che ci ha spiegato tutto per filo e per segno, molto attento e cordiale. La colazione ottima con tutte le nostre richieste soddisfatte. La struttura è situata in un punto strategico della città sia per la zona centrale, 5 minuti a piedi da piazza delle erbe, che per la zona esterna cone castel san pietro con la sua vista spettacolare. What an amazing place, and the great host Ivano would make it just feel like home! The building is right next to the famous Ponte Pietra, and the room is spotless, spacious and full of characters. Every morning, you can enjoy delicious pastry, fresh fruits and foamy cappuccino right in the room. Couldn't recommend more!

Excellent room, from furnishings to cleanliness, everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, and always available. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room. Ideal location for exploring Verona. We had a very lovely time, even with the rain, and would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay and visit.
