Very nice staff who checked me in… The room smelled good looked clean… The refrigerator did not work at all… And even after waiting 10 minutes the water was still cold so I had a cold shower… The property had a lot of trash, but the room itself was not dirty

The good - staff were friendly and helpful, location was convenient for Arches park and getting into Moab. However, it was a run down motel and rate was excessive for what you get. The room was small and had minimal or no noise insulation so you could hear the traffic noise and neighbouring room A/C, bathroom fan etc.The listing photos would appear to have been taken a long time ago

Adventure Inn & Motel provided terrific value and was surprisingly convenient to our off-road tour company and saved us a lot of time traveling to and from Arches NP. It is the perfect spot, with superior access and a great value with a staff who was intent on making my stay all it could be.

The good - each room has its own parking space. The bathroom towels were clean as we're the bed sheets. The fridge worked. The room floor hadnt been swept in who knows how long. There was long straight black hairs all over the bathroom floor. Not just one or two but several. The shower curtain smelled sour and mildewy. The AC was dated and loud. To get to my room I had to drive around the back which is where I had to view several old mattresses and broken frames. Plus dog poop in walk ways. Wish people would pick up after pets but if they don't the hotel should be. Definitely not worth the price.
