Breakfast was good, the beds were ok, the air conditioner worked. The bathroom was the worst area of the room. The faucet leaked and dripped and there was an orange rust stain the in the tub that looked like a skid mark. There was also a chunk out of the Sheetrock in the bathroom. The main concern for me was I went swimming one day and I got out and the front desk guy had locked me out of my room. I still had 5 more nights booked. He was really rude about it and I started crying. He didn’t wear a name tag so I couldn’t turn on him to management other than saying the short man with brown hair. Very rude to me and I heard him talking to other women that were checking in very poorly.

We stayed at this hotel 3 days and again 2 days. Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. However, hotel is ten years old and requires upgrades or some would say TLC. I have a relative in the hotel industry, and he stated major hotels perform upgrades once it reaches seven years old. Furniture has chips, shower curtain hanging, cracks in sinks etc. Staff were friendly but often not behind the service counter. Full breakfast was decent although my breakfast was cold on two occasions. Fortunately, there was a microwave nearby. A biggie for me as I'm retired military was the American flag was very tattered. Would I stay there again? Probably, my main concern is cleanliness and comfortable beds which were above average for this type of hotel. If the hotel declines much more such as a Day's Inn I experienced, then I won't return.

Everything was great until we walked into our room. It was very musty smelling and stuffy. The room appeared clean at first glance, but as we settled in we realized it was not cleaned well. There was dust clinging to the walls and hanging from the ceiling, our feet were black from walking on the floor, the walls were not cleaned well and the bathroom light switch had gunk on it. There were no extra toilet paper rolls and the one we had was half used already. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Room was clean, but humid when first walking in. Desk siding was coming off in some areas. Wall outlets were scarce. Breakfast was not great, even for hotel breakfast.

The hotel is at a nice location. My mother and I stayed 5 nights visiting local friends and relatives. Hotel is clean, nice breakfast although I had to heat mine up in the microwave on two occasions. Staff is friendly and helpful although sometimes they are not behind the counter. The hotel needs some upgrades as it's ten years old and you can tell it hasn't been renovated. According to my cousin who works in the industry, seven years is the norm to renovate. There's chips in the furniture, bathroom tubs and vanities, calking the tub and shower rod sagging. Sink has hairline cracks and carpet has signs of wear. The main concern I always have with hotels is cleanliness, which Sleep Inn at this location is very clean. Would I stay here again? Yes I would for the price and if the hotel doesn't become a 2 star Days Inn hotel I've experienced in the past.

Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. At one point, I was taking a luggage cart back to the lobby when a housekeeping staff intervened and volunteered to take it back for me. The only glitch was breakfast, where the attendant was apparently not too proactive in making sure everything was stocked. Coffee dispenser was empty and I had to ask the attendant to refill it. Gravy pot was empty. The only scrambled eggs in the pan were the ones stuck to the bottom of the pan. The forks section of the plasticware was empty. Everything else was great.

Room was nice. Air conditioning worked well. I did not have time to try the breakfast, but others said it was good. Best part of stay was the staff. Everyone I met from desk staff to cleaning staff to kitchen staff were very warm and friendly. For the price, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice discount hotel. Friendly service. Front desk was staffed. Nice toiletries. Breakfast was served but only the premade foods were edible. The room coffee maker was shooting steam and I burned my thumb. I will stay here again and skip coffee and breakfast.
