Unterkunft entspricht absolut nicht den Fotos!! Viel zu klein für 4 Personen, wir hatten lt. Expedia (Unterkunftsdetails) 3 Schlafzimmer gebucht, dieses Apartment hat ein Schlafzimmer und eine sehr dreckige Schlafcouch! In diesem Apartment ist absolut nichts „Luxury“. Sehr enttäuschend. Kontakt vor Ort mit Diego sehr gut!

Value for money apartment with excellent location and everything you wish to see at your first visit to Rome within walking distance. Great communication with host before and during stay and smooth check-in and out. Kitchen equipment was acceptable although both water kettles were malfunctioning. Freezer was not cleaned after last guest and one lamp in the living room was broken. Warm shower, comfortable (hard) bed with memory foam pillows. Rather noisy outside until 10 or 11 pm as expected since centrally located. The strangest thing was that some of the photos apparently showed a different apartment since it has no sleeping loft with extra bed.

This is a multistory building with very small- close your own doors- elevator. You get the feeling of being in an authentic cultural experience. Small kitchen, sofa bed, with access to bathroom via the master bedroom. Air worked well. Host was available and helpful via the WhatsApp. Good experience here. 15 minutes walk to the Spanish steps.

The fifth time I've been to Rome and this is the worst house I've ever stayed in. The person who greeted us was very smiling. However, the house is very small and airless, but the sound from the radiator keeps you awake all night. Also the kitchen is dominated by a very bad smell and the kitchen is very small. There's only one nice thing about the hotel that there's a close to the center. I never recommend it.

I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this apartment. Although the apartment was adorable and the location is perfect it was not very clean and the bed and the bedding were cheap and uncomfortable. We've been traveling for 3 weeks and stayed in many hotels and this was our worst nights of sleep. The showerhead also needs to be replaced as when you turn it on it sprays all over the place making for an aggravating shower.

Great location in Rome.

The apartment is terrifically located! Everything is in walking distance. Unfortunately, many outlets did not work, the hot water kettle was out of order and only bedsheets were provided to cover at night. A winter style comforter as well as a lab size blanket were the only options given which were unsuited for the time of the year. Otherwise everything was great.

Keurig appartement van alle voor gemakken voorzien, met goede bedden, fijne douche, inloopkast, aanwezige levensmiddelen! Perfecte locatie voor de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in Rome!! Minpuntje: te weinig eetkamerstoelen voor vier personen.

My husband and I stayed here June 25th to July 03, 2018. Marco and Carmen were excellent. Our flight arrived in the evening unfortunately most roads were closed that evening because there was an event going on in the neighbourhood, hence delaying our arrival but Carmen waited for us until we made it in. Carmen was very attentive to details and a phone call away. The AC in the bedroom and living room worked excellent. My only criticism is that the shower was small. For those that want to cook there is a stove in the kitchen though we did not use it, we had all our meals at different restaurants. By the way there are very many restaurants close to the apartment (a short walk away) and right across the street from the apartment there is one excellent one. This is an excellent place to stay at and will definitely return. Thank you Carmen and Marco

Brilliant apartment in a fabulous location outstan

From arrival to departure we ❤️❤️Every bit of our stay ..fantastic apparent in the nicest building and street so central .it was such a good choice to stay here and everything was just fabulous .roma was breathtaking at ever turn and walk and this gem of an apparent was such a great base to be in I’m very very happy to recommend it ..it was perfect
