We only stayed here to rest, relax, and sleep-in. But, the heater in our room woke us up every 15 minutes because it sounded like freight train was coming through the wall (it was 37°, so turning it off wasn't an option). In addition, construction on the site started at 7:45am and went on all day.
It was a little tough getting our loggage to our room as it was all gravel and wood chip surfaces, so you couldn't roll a suitcase.
Finally, the miniscule bathrooms had no place to put anything and the kiddie-size toilet was a nightmare to get on and off of.
It was an ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS location, the breakfast room availability was nice, and the fireplace and view were great.
So, if you don't stay in one of the small cabin-like rooms, and the construction is finished...it would be a really nice place to stay! This just wasn't our experience.
