Room was spacious and location great. Most places we wanted to visit were within walking distance There was good communication leading up to our vacation however during our stay it wasn't as smooth. On the first day the bedding had stain which was fed back. Fortunately it was only myself occupying the room for the first couple of days even though I had paid for double occupancy. This was fed back by text the next morning and staff were really helpful and said it would be changed and the room deep cleaned - I explained the duvet was the main issue. That evening I realised the sheets were new but duvet was the same one therefore had another night of avoiding that side. This was rectified the next day. I also asked for towels to be changed everyday from the third day. This wasn't done on the fourth day and when I queried this I was told that I should be messaging to request this (I wasn't aware I'd have to ask each day). We used the beach towels to dry until they were changed for the next day. There was a fire alarm on the last night and the hotel offered all guests $50 refund which was a nice gesture. We were offered 20% off our next visit although this is unlikely to happen due to the >10 hours flight and a tick off the bucket list.

Avis mitigé. La litierie est très confortable, et l’hôtel parfaitement situé. L’hôtel est facilement joignable et très réactif. Pour ma part j’ai trouvé le Check-in virtuel très pratique et facile. En revanche, je confirme certains autres avis : l’hôtel et les chambres sont vieillissants, et en arrivant la chambre n’était pas très propre : sol collant, noir en passant une lingette et des cheveux retrouvés un peu partout… je l’ai signalé à l’hôte et le problème a été résolu très rapidement. Nous n’avons eu du café que le premier jour puis rien du reste de la semaine malgré le fait d’avoir demandé deux fois… L’insonorisation est très mauvaise, on entend la route et les personnes dans les couloirs, mais on s’y attendait donc avec de bonnes boules quies nous avons quand même bien dormi. La piscine est petite mais fait l’affaire, en revanche nous y sommes allés qu’une fois, elle paraissait verdâtre avec des dépôts blancs, nous avons à peine fait trempette et nous n’y sommes pas retournés…

Hôtel très bien placé mais la chambre n'était pas à la hauteur. Odeur d'humidité très forte, les finitions sont vraiment légères, la TV ne fonctionnait pas, le wifi était à la limité de l'utilisable depuis une partie de la chambre. Et surtout la chambre 116 est à proximité d'un bar... donc très très bruyante jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. La piscine est toute petite. Aucun accueil après 16h, tout se fait (rapidement il faut le reconnaître) via whatsapp.

The location was good but we didn’t see a single member of staff on reception during our 3 night stay as the desk closes super early at 4pm each day. The room had basic amenities - we were given 3 coffee pods and 2 polystyrene cups between two of us for 3 days as it was never replenished. Our room was right next to the cleaning cupboard where the cleaners hung out which was noisy but no one bothered to clean our room the whole time - would have at least expected the bin to be emptied and coffee etc to be replenished each day. A poor experience.

The room was okay, some wall damage outside of the shower but the worst part was the very noisy upstair guest. They were up extremely early and every step and conversation was heard in our room. Yes we couldn’t hear every word but the tromping across the floor was very aggravating at that time of the morning and evening.

O quarto é espaçoso e o hotel é bem localizado, mas quando chegamos o elevador estava quebrado e tivemos que subir até o quarto andar com as malas. O chuveiro é muito ruim e as toalhas são pequenas e ásperas. O estacionamento é pago e fica em outro lugar a mais de 400 metros do hotel. A atendente foi bem simpática e até nos deu um desconto na diária e no estacionamento, mas mesmo assim não foi a melhor experiência.
