What a great setting right on the lake! There are some nice walking paths and a very nice place to sit and enjoy an evening beverage by the lake. The front desk worker was also quite friendly and helpful when we arrived.

Great helpful staff and amenities like gas grill, 2 burner stove/sink, microwave and refrigerator. Pool was good enough to get out of heat and for bike week they put out a bike wash and probided towels for cleaning bike. Lots of nature but still close to downtown and convenient shopping area for grocery, restaruants etc. Ice cream food truck in parking lot delicious!!! Very convenient to area attractions with lots of beautiful scenery along the way. Camping feel without tents.

The staff were all super hospitable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location cannot be beat with accessibility to so many attractions nearby and the property grounds, adjacent to the Canyon Lake Park made for a comfortable place to come back and relax each day. This resort is incredibly affordable and a hidden gem. Our whole family loved it!

The cabins and rooms at Canyon Lake Resort are intentionally rustic, but clean and well maintained for their age. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife thoroughly enjoyed watching the local ducks and geese who seem to have taken up permanent residency around the property.
