Hotel est tres sur tout les points
Les chambres sont propres confortables
Hôtel propose des activités en journée et des animations le soir
C’est un hôtel à dimension humaine la plage et la piscine très agréables
Ses restaurants sont à la fois chic et agréable et une nourriture excellente
Nous avons apprécié tous les restaurants en particulier le Umami et la Chianti digne des restaurants gastronomiques Français et une ambiance merveilleuse, violoniste pour le Chianti qui m’a souhaité mon anniversaire d’une façon très romantique!!!!
Alors le plus du plus c’est le personnel qui sont tous les jours au petits soins sur tous les services
En particulier Estella à la réception et Mateo au restaurant Chianti
Honnêtement tous le personnel car je ne connais pas les noms de chacun dès qu’on arrive on est accueilli avec le sourire
Si vous recherchez un hôtel vous vous allez passer des vacances agréables, n’hésitez pas foncez et réserver !!!!

There was nothing more that we could have asked for. The property was small enough that the staff would recognize you, but large enough to have some variety with the food. The poolside Bar and Grill had a different theme every night. There was live entertainment in the lobby bar, but not too loud to keep you awake. We will definitely c9me back to this property.

This is one of the BEST properties for its food, clean and comfortable rooms, and (above all) its staff! The only drawback is the very limited (and often occupied) seating around the pool. We rarely were able to sit or store our towels during our stay there. The staff, though, made up for this minor inconvenience! We will go back!
BTW, Ivonne (the concierge) went out of her way to help us, even bringing us a bag of authentic coffee to bring home with us!

This was the worst hotel experience of my life! I’ve stayed at hostels in developing countries with better customer service and significantly better cleanliness.
Our experience at this hotel started off promising but quickly turned into a series of frustrating mishaps. Upselling tactics began immediately, with one staff member attempting to push my friend into a "better" room that was actually worse. Fortunately, there was a helpful staff member who stepped in to provide a proper upgrade.
The aggressive upselling continued when we met Alfredo from the concierge team. He made inappropriate comments, admitted to being on drugs, and harassed my friend. He also misled us into attending a vacation club seminar by promising a complimentary hibachi dinner and oceanfront cabanas—none of which were honored. When we tried to redeem these perks, we faced miscommunication and outright denial from the staff, culminating in an embarrassing public confrontation with the Guest Experience Manager, Andrea Ugalde.
You are harassed when by the bars and pool to buy club tickets ALL THE TIME.
The lack of coordination among staff, broken promises, and poor customer service made our stay incredibly frustrating. Despite an apology from the hotel’s Director, the failures continued, making this one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had.
Rooms were dirty and smelled like mold. Ordered room service that was never delivered.
Highly advise to stay elsewhere!

I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I had complaint to the manager Mr. Leonardo about the issue I had in that hotel but he never bothered to take care of the situation. I was threatened by one of their staff , it was very scary. When I complained to the manager he did not take any action. I will never ever go to this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager Mr. Leonardo is very unprofessional and doesn’t know to take care of the situation when customer life was threatened. This is ridiculous and very scary. I would like to request Expedia not to have this hotel as your partner.

We had an excellent experience at NYX Cancun. The food was very good in the Italian, Japanese, and the regular restaurant. The service in all of them could not have been better. The facility is right on the beach, and the lounge chairs were available. We would highly recommend this hotel and would like to revisit some day.

This was our first stay at the NYX. Its a small resort with great food, but not alot of dining options. Only a few bars, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The thing that we didnt like was constantly being approached in the lobby by staff trying to get us to sit in on a timeshare presentation. This always ruins our experience with hotels in mexico. Especially after a long day of travel and just wanting to get to our room to offload our luggage and get changed. In order to get our cards for the beach towels, they make you meet the timeshare pusher in the lobby, who will give u your cards.

Great experience at NYX Cancun, all staff very friendly, awesome service and just feels like you're in Paradise.
Special shout out to the receptionist Eyjena (not sure if spells like that) but she made sure we had a great experience, thank you very much. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and I look forward to come back to this gorgeous hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel NYX. The staff was kind and attentive. Pleasantly surprised with the food, limited dining options with restaurants, but good variety of food as well as safe to eat. Standard room was comfortable and quiet during nighttime hours. We had issues with our safe but security quickly resolved the issue. Beach front was very nice and clean. We got water bottles daily and there was water dispensers around the resort which we appreciated.
Only negatives were: smaller room than picture depicted (standard room), cockroach in room (however housekeeping cleaned it up for us), ongoing construction (loud during the day, but ended before dinner), doorman called us a “taxi” however it was unregistered, unmarked, and slightly overpriced compared to registered taxis around the city, outside bar closes at 10pm so not able to stay outside late and drink
Tips: get a sunbed on the beach before 10am (guests reserve them early), get dinner reservations early morning as they are limited and fill up fast, resort has lots of stairs, reservable restaurants have a dress code for men that they will enforce

The hotel was pleasant and clean. The staff excellent. The food was fantastic! However, it was extremely noisy. We had to change rooms...deluxe for standard. Noise was still a problem. There wasn't anywhere to get away from it. And, it went on until at least 11:00pm. The excursions were all for young people. The new room involved 100 steps down to get to the restaurant and obviously 100 to get back up. They carried our bags up - but we had to clunk them down 50 steps. We will not be returning - Mexico is delightful - the people are friendly and gracious - but the noise at this hotel was un acceptable.
There was a lot of maintenance going on and evidence of disrepair in some areas. The quality of the workmanship left a lot to be desired
