Overall, it’s a very cute hotel with a nice room. However, the location isn’t ideal in hindsight, I would have chosen somewhere closer to the center so we could walk there in the evenings instead of needing transportation. There’s only one restaurant (we chose the all-inclusive option), and the taco spot that was supposed to be open wasn’t open during our two-night stay. The Italian dinner was below average, but lunch, especially the Mexican dishes, was good, so it helps to know what to order. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I would have preferred to pay a bit more for a more central hotel.

Just an amazing experience!! The staff and hotel were 10 star ⭐️ It was my families first time staying here and we visit the Island every year. We got the all inclusive which was perfect for the 3 kids to eat all day long! Top notch service! We will be back !!!!

The beds were very comfortable and I could not feel my husband moving, so we slept well, also, great pillows! The music was a little loud till 11 pm. Clean rooms and property, wonderful, friendly responsive staff! The drinks were good but food was ok. Location I would not really recommend as it is so far from the beaches. The private beach there is so small.

Tyvärr är internetuppkopplingen tveksam och håller inte en standard eller stabil uppkoppling givet ett hotell i den här prisklassen. Restaurangen, servicen, variationen på menyn, och kvaliteten på maten får totalt underkänt. Tyvärr är hotells geografiska läge även så att för att nå övriga restauranger och övrigt utbud behövs transport på ca 4 km till Öns norra del. Efter ha relativt stor erfarenhet av resande över hela världen är min sammanlagda bedömning att jag förväntar mig mer av ett boende i den här prisklassen från ett fristående hotell ej bundet till en kedja. Det som drar ner betyget ytterligare är att för USD 300/natt förväntar jag mig att frukost ingår och inte debiteras med ytterligare USD 25/dag.

Our room was gorgeous. Ground floor walkout with plunge pool walk 40 feet and your in the turquoise water of the Caribbean ocean. The staff would always greet you with a friendly smile and by the second day they called you by name the specialty dinner on the beach was fantastic. We had to special thanks to Ephraim for arranging a wonderful meal, both nights Reves in the pool bar along with his staff were wonderful lots of laughs around the bar top for sure

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Izla! The rooms are absolutely beautiful—spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, which made it so comfortable to relax after a day out. We had the top floor room with the bathtub on the balcony. The all-inclusive dining was excellent, with a great variety of options and consistently high quality. What truly stood out was the exceptional service— the restaurant and bar teams were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond by remembering specific details about what we had eaten and drank the day before. Combined with the clean, well-maintained pool and beach areas and the beautiful views, the experience felt both relaxing and genuinely personalized A special shout-out to Yeimy at the concierge, who made our trip effortless by helping us book all of our activities and transportation at very reasonable prices. She was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. We truly loved our experience and would absolutely recommend Hotel Izla to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff was so helpful and kind. We didn’t not eat at the hotel. The location is more remote but nice and quiet and relaxing. We had issues due to a Bug in shower, lack of towels and mold in the room (smell of mold was strong).
