El lugar está impecable, muy lindo, cómodo, muy bien ubicado, excelente y seguramente regresaría. El tema de la llegada es lo único que no es muy agradable y cómodo ya que te exigen llegar a una hora y luego viajando es un poco difícil si estas recorriendo varias ciudades.

This hotel was amazing! Staff was so friendly. They offered us cappuccinos and croissants every morning and brought them to our room. We had a great view of the Duomo from our room. Everything was very clean and they serviced the rooms frequently. Would absolutely stay here again!

Não se trata especificamente de um hotel, mas achei tudo muito bom. O quarto estava bem limpo, toalhas bem grossas e banheiro grande e bom. O hotel fica perto de ótimos restaurantes e dos pontos turísticos também. O check-in é check-out é com hora marcada, mas assim que chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos. Eles dispõem de uma cozinha que você pode pegar água, sucos, café, leite e croissant a vontade, mas não se trata bem de um café da manha. Você fica com a chave do quarto, do “hotel” e da entrada e com número de telefone, caso precise de algo. O quarto possuía um frigobar e cofre também, que você fica com chave.

Very friendly staff/owner who put themself out yo do anything. Nice option to have a small sitting room and kitchen to make drinks, including croissants and wine in the fridge. Room was very well furnished. Only six rooms up on the fourth floor of old building. Do not be put off by the initial approach and small lift!

Best kept secret. View of the Duomo, common rooms access to kitchen & sitting room/living room , great hotel recommendation for local Florentine restaurant (Ristorante Caffagi /get the steak!) and parking garage available for our car. Luanna was so hospitable.

This was my third stay in this wonderful property. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful offering great recommendations. Additionally, the location is perfectly central to all the places we love in Firenze, and we love them all. We just spent another week here and it was perfect!

This is truly a hidden gem!. So close to so many walkable places with plenty of restaurants nearby. It is very quiet in an older rustic building located in the heart of activities but far enough from the craziness of the train station. The atmosphere is of a relaxing bed and breakfast. There is no restaurant on site but they provide a small kitchen with waters/juices/pastries and yogurt and a coffee maker for your morning needs. The staff is INCREDIBLE! super helpful and so so nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Inn - just don’t use the kitchen

Great central location and clean rooms. Breakfast of pastry, juice and coffee available in the small kitchenette. Kitchenette is listed as an available amenity for guests, as is the fridge within the kitchenette. We put a small lunch bag in the bottom of the fridge and promptly found a note to remove it immediately. We also loaded our coffee cups used during the day directly in the dishwasher and was told off for that as well. Receptionist hovers around you when you are using the coffee machine offering to take over the coffee making. Kitchen is not really a guest amenity and we didn’t feel at ease using it.

We loved everything about our stay. We were very late arriving and the host waited for and welcomed us. He suggested attractions and a fantastic spot to eat. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the city nestled into the hillside. There was a generous breakfast on a garden terrace. This was our favorite accommodation in Sicily!!
