Hi,
I checked in late on the day as my flight got delayed by 12 hours. It was overall a good experience. Breakfast has a very large spread raining from Indian food to some. Continental breakfast option.The staff is very helpful but they seems to be unprepared for my room as I have to ask for few basic amenities multiple time. The room is big enough for a family of 3jut bathroom is a real mess. Someone need to redesign the shower area as it is half covered with glass but the water from the other half spills on the entire bathroom area making it wet and slippery. It also gives feeling of unhygienic because of the area being wet. While coming of the bath read there is no proper place to put the door mat towel as if placed properly it obstructs the regular functioning of the door and moving the towel at any other position defeats its purpose.

The property was well located and has good hospitality
Mr Rajnish took Extra care to make us comfortable at all times. We were also overwhelmed with the quality of the food both at bfast and dinners.
Would highly recommend if travelling to Lucknow

I am super impressed with hotel staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Although the room specifically bathroom needs some uplifting, the staff made our stay very pleasant by changing our room.
I would like to appreciate Adil and team from Restaurant for taking excellent care of our needs. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicacies and love the freshly made tea.

The bathroom and bathtub were very dirty. The carpet was dirty and has stains all over. The AC was not working, I called the front desk they told that they will send someone but no one came to repair it.

Wonderful F&B service rescues sub-par hotel
When we booked this hotel the assumption of it being a 'Hilton-quality' hotel weighed heavily on the decision. Even though we knew this was a 'second brand' for the Hilton group in India, we didn't expect it to be so thoroughly average in it's infra and facilities. That said, it's the service - especially and pointedly the F&B team (Ashwini, Amit, and their colleagues) who made this trip worth remembering.
What went wrong...
1. We were accommodated on the 3rd floor and we could tell we were at our floor by a peculiar stench that hung heavy in the air. It was the carpet on the floor. Our 8-yo would hold her breath throughout the walk to the rooms at the end of the corridor. The carpets in the room were marginally less stinky. They were equally heavily stained though.
2. The bathrooms were sub-par. Missing towels, and when available, ragged to the bone. Defective exhaust. A towel rack mounted at a height compatible with a basketball player's reach. And the water-damage-swollen door would shut only when banged with force.
3. One room were missing the sheer curtains - they'd been "taken for washing" and had never returned since.
What was wonderful was the breakfast experience. We used to look forward to breakfast. The sheer variety on offer and its quality made our mornings bright. The quality of service at breakfast too was amazing. Ashwini and her team are A-one! And our compliments to the culinary team as well!
Would we stay at this hotel again? Not likely.
