It was a wonderful stay! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's pool is amazingly beautiful. It has a bit uphill distance from Patong beach but the hotel has free shuttle to bring you to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Patong Beach. The facilities in the hotel are great, they have everything you need: toothbrush, coffee, snacks, and even a microwave to heat up our 7-11 food!

Located on the hill which has a nice view, yet it's inconvenient to access by foot around nearby places. Staff were very friendly and courteous which we appreciated very much. Room was spacious enough. Nice to stay for a short time in Patong.

The hotel itself is nice, i like the location because its not in the middle of the chaotic part of patong, staff is very friendly and respectful, but the main issue was our room, it was a beautiful room, but the humidity and the smell was unbearable, we did communicate this to the staff but they didn’t change the room, and said they will follow up but didn’t.. unfortunately. Other than that we liked everything but i wouldn’t stay here again because of the humid smell that really bothered us, i guess it was because our room was located in the lowest block of the hotel.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Il y a une petite piscine et suffisante pour l’hôtel, une salle de sport. L’hôtel dans son ensemble est correcte et propre. Un petit déjeuner très bon et copieux est servi. Le restaurant de l’hôtel sert également de bons plats thaïlandais. Un service de navette est mis en place pour aller à la plage et au centre commercial. L’hôtel se trouve en hauteur loin du tumulte du centre ville. Cependant cette situation de l’hôtel ne permet pas d’aller à pieds au centre ville de Patong. Il faut prévoir un moyens de transport pour s’y rendre.

I booked this location because I thought it would be right in the middle of the places we wanted to go: Elephant sanctuary, beach, and Old Town. We wound up not going to the beach at all and it takes quite some time to reach Old Town from Fusion Suites. If you are going to the beach but don't need to stay on the beach, I think their location is great. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Moo Hong was delicious and I want to go back for more.
