The hotel is old and not kept up. The man at the front desk was very friendly, seems he had to do everything hisself. I never saw anyone else working there. We stayed three nights, room was never serviced but if we asked for towels, coffee etc. he promptly got them for us.

This accommodation is perfect for short visits to Niagara Falls City. Everything in the room works good, very clean. The hotel is near old falls street and Seneca Casino, so you can go walking. People at the hotel very friendly.

Great location to the Falls and local eateries. The Inn is extremely outdated. The staff was very friendly, informative, and respondent quickly when I couldn't find room key. I would stay here again.
