The staff at The Imperial went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. From the moment we arrived and the welcome drink whilst checking in to the moment we left when the doorman brought our cases out to the taxi everything was exceptional. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed at the just recently renovated Imperial and it was excellent. Hotel felt luxurious and chic. Rooms were spacious, hotel was quiet, and location was central, well connected, and overall excellent. Will absolutely stay here agin for my next trip to London.

Hôtel idéalement situé à 2 pas du métro et du centre de Londres. Le personnel est au petit soin! Gentil, souriant, toujours à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner est parfait ainsi que le service. Le rooftop est agréable et les chambres sont calmes (nous étions côté rue et n’avons rien entendu: l’insonorisation est parfaite). À refaire sans hésitation !

Meget meget fin modtagelse af Diego enormt sød og hjælpsom. Rart ovenpå en lang morgen med lufthavn, tog mm. Fin og rar stemning og rent og pænt. Mange på arbejde til at hjælpe med spørgsmål mm. Morgenmad var fin men måske lidt bedre brød. Evt boller og så havregryn :-) Lækre retter på kortet prøvede en del af og de var alle gode. Restauranten er klart et besøg værd. Super hotel. Rart, rent, pænt og god beliggenhed. Kommer tilbage:-)

I had an incredible week-long stay at the Imperial, which just underwent a spectacular renovation. I chose a Horizon room, which was on the 9th floor, overlooking Russell Square and was welcomed by Diana upon arrival. She was an incredible hostess, showing me the hotel amenities (including the brand-new gym) and bringing me to my room. She was also a friendly presence every time I saw her during my visit. I loved the location--just two blocks from the Piccadilly line, which also served as my easy transport from Heathrow. Also wonderful to have the restaurant on 10 for breakfast every morning. Overall, it was an incredible stay.

The Imperial was fabulous . The location is excellent , the hotel is newly renovated abc the staff are so friendly . My only criticism is that the music played through the lobby and breakfast area is far too loud . There are speakers in the ceiling throughout and there was no where to find a quiet place. It’s super loud and not relaxing unfortunately.

This is a superb gem in the convenient location of Russell Square. Stayed here twice, first time to join friends in London, which was just after the renovation. Based upon the sublime attention to detail which oozed quality from the very first welcome by the staff, and the beauty of the renovation, I didn’t hesitate to book again to take my partner for her Birthday. The icing on the cake is the roof-top terrace bar, couldn’t think of a better place to enjoy a panoramic view over London in a very good atmosphere. Thanks Imperial, needless to say, I enjoyed your hotel very much so, and looking forward to joining you again

All things considered, the best hotel stay we've ever had. The welcome (with glass of fizz) was exceptional. As you'd expect from the newness, the room was spotless, beautifully decorated and an oasis of calm and quiet. Loved little touches like the concrete table ornament and the way the fluted sofa side reflected the building. Nespresso machine present and correct! While most locations are pulling checkout ever earlier, noon is very civilised and really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, especially the honey, and the view from the 10th floor is phenomenal. Please maintain this standard, you are amazing.

A wonderful hotel with a roof top bar/restaurant not far from central London. The food was good. The stand out was the staff who were incredible, they were extremely polite and genuinely enthusiastic.
