Overall, strange smell of mold in the room even after cleaning everyday, pillows are dirty, blankets and bed sheets smell bad when arrived on day 1, air conditioner filters were fully covered with of thick dust with smell of mold which I had to spend 1 hour cleaning them. Wi-Fi was not connectable most of the time in our room on 2nd floor. There is smell like rotten food on garbage truck in the toilet on daily basis.
Smell is the biggest problem.
A Malay old lady cleaner was stared at me with unfriendly eyes without reason. That made me feel very uncomfortable.
I was also surprised that I have to pay an extra tax of 10RM per day which I believe was not mentioned when purchasing the package on Expedia.
Other than these issues, location is perfect.

I think this hotel has renovation cause the furniture already too old more better upgrade and please attention the cleaness, cause stay there will get skin itchy .
