Had an excellent experience at this riad, great location with friendly staff, answering our questions, helping us with booking taxis and airport transfers, and sharing recommendations. One improvement could include bigger drapes over the room windows for more privacy, especially as the room we were in overlooked the entrance. I would recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Hotel seemed very dated. Was dropped in a carpark 200m away and a member of staff met us. Walk to hotel was down a dark dirty smelly lane. Check in very slow. Woken at 07.30am by staff dragging tables and chairs about in the diningbarea directly above our room. Arrived back at hotel at 7pm to have a meal only to be told restaurant was shut !!! Asked for a drink from the bar to be told they no longer served alcohol! Very angry as we booked this hotel as it stated restaurant and bar. Staff very friendly.

The service was excelent, the staff was amazing and helpfull.The activities they offer themselves were amazing. They would always answer questions with a smile, which realy made a positive impact on the trip, there. What an amazing stuff team they have.The rooms were amzing and the food from the resturant was also amazing. The riad was close to the center and the airport which makes it the perfect location.

This property is aboslutely a delight from staff, room, amenities, location and esthetics. I would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a beautiful place to rest and relax. All of the staff helped with everything. Even when we were set to leave early due to our flight, the prepared the breakfast just for the three of us way before the general scheduled breakfast. This was so appreciative and a step above. When i come back to Marrakech, i will be staying here... no question. Ahmed and the other female and Mohamed were also very helpful and thoughtful. Thank you.

A riad that makes you feel like you’re in a true moorish oasis amongst the chaos that is the madina Very well situated and easy walkable access to main sites and attractions in Marrakesh Wonderful service from Ibrahim who met us on arrival and provided a late hot dinner despite being closed (the tagine was amazing) to the lovely woman who prepares breakfast (missing her name at this moment) Lovely accommodations including very comfortable bed and great hot water pressure in shower We would definitely return and stay here again Thank you for starting our Morocco trip on such a high note
