The location is excellent—right in the heart of Montreal and close to everything you'd want to explore. The room was stylish and the bed very comfortable, with a distinctly European layout: separate corridors for the toilet and shower, and a central sink area.
A few small drawbacks: there was no full-length mirror, which I think every hotel room should have. We were only given one robe, and despite requesting a second, it was never delivered—rooms with two guests should automatically come with two. The shower leaked onto the floor, so we had to lay down a towel to soak it up. Our Nespresso machine didn’t work either, so no in-room coffee.
One major plus was the underground parking garage. Finding a hotel in Montreal with enough available parking is tough, so this was a big win—even though it does come at an additional cost.
That said, the hotel itself is lovely and smells amazing. The sauna and pool were a highlight—we really enjoyed using them in the morning. Overall, a great stay with a few things that could be improved.
