The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A delicious breakfast was offered every morning and we enjoyed it very much. They had a full bar with the sweetest bartender. The only negative was that there was no TV. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere on the listing so we were quite surprised. Obviously we did just fine. We’re just used to relaxing to something on tv at the end of the day when we’re traveling. But all the good stuff here outweighed that one thing.

Nice staff and spotless. Very attentive staff that comes with cute dogs. Lovely decor if you want to feel like you are in France.
Appreciated the heated bathroom towel holder. Very centrally located.

Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed

The Vibes
This was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!

No on site parking but plenty of street parkings nearby. David and Scarlett were warm and welcoming; nice and clean facility with charming decorations. Love the house dogs. Highly recommended.

The owners are so nice and everything is simple and easy. We loved the cool decor. The food is good and the room has everything you need. It is comfortable and feels safe. We chatted w the owner for awhile. He was super nice and gave us recommendations for our travels. 10/10 would stay again

We loved our stay at Vinnhaus. The interior is gorgeous, elegant, and inviting. You can tell whoever designed it put in a lot of care and thought to it. The entire hotel is super clean. The breakfast is all homemade and the bread and pastries are especially delicious. We needed some help from the staff during our stay and they were super friendly and truly a lifesaver. There are also four super chill dogs. We would absolutely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Puerto Natales. Highly highly recommend.
