The bed is to die for, very clean and comfortable. I did not like they do not have an elevator and no ice machine on the floors. Last, this is a business so someone should always be there to clean.

Room smelt a bit musty. Hotel had low occupancy n I was given a room facing roof tops n near the generator. It was very loud. Staff was not that friendly. Easy to get taxi service. Provided service to exchange money. Their restaurant was very nice. Great food and ambiance and great service. Walking distance to many places. Friendly security staff.

The property was not bad and in good condition with exception of the walls in the rooms are a little dirty. The shower had a half door that was really an inconvenience for showering. The entire floor would get flooded and I had to keep wiping up the water with several towels. Uncommonly poor design and a huge inconvenience.

Likes : decent, modern rooms , extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Ken and Marlon. Daily housekeeping, they replenish the water daily. The bed is comfortable. BISTRO is the best! I haven’t had a bad meal there. The bartenders are also very friendly and talented. They make some of The best cocktails and provide quality service. Dislikes : our first room had an odor , and was on the side of the property where the generator is located, so there was constant noise. Additionally, the property is being improved so there was construction during the day and materials in the hallway during my visit. I complained to the front desk staff about my room and, the manager immediately came to speak with me and relocated us. I gave this review 4 stars because of the noise nuisance and the initial smelly room. But, once we were relocated , our visit went smoothly. I have recommended this property to friends and family and will definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Kings Hotel & Residences. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel like a home away from home. To be honest, it didnt feel like we ever left the states with all the convenience and amenities the hotel had to offer.

Peaceful and quiet and is central to Greater Georgetown, so we were able to walk around sight seeing, and able to local plea to eat and hangout. Very clean and comfortable room that was cleaned and replenish every morning.
