I stayed at this hotel from February 4th to February 7th and had a very disappointing experience. From the first day, there was no hot water available in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk and was asked to wait about one hour, but even after 1 hour and 30 minutes, the problem was not resolved and I was unable to take a shower, which was extremely frustrating after more than 20 hours of travel.
The same issue continued the following day. I then opened a support request through the booking platform, hoping for a solution, but nothing was resolved at that time. Only on my last night, February 6th, did the hotel inform me by email that the issue had been fixed, and I was finally able to take a hot shower. However, on the morning of February 7th, before check-out, the water was cold again.
During most of the stay, I had to heat water using a kettle to bathe, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the room heating was insufficient for the low outside temperatures. It was also not clearly stated during booking that bed linens and towels are charged separately.
In summary, although the hotel is inexpensive, it does not offer good value for money due to the level of discomfort experienced. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
