Bad management - did not honor Expedia reservation
We had the most terrible experience with this hotel. I made the booking through Expedia in the US. Expedia charged us for the whole stay upfront. We got a confirmation email explicitly stating that we did not have to call to reconfirm - our reservation was already confirmed. Thus reassured when we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff said they had no information about our reservation and would not be able to accommodate us. Despite our repeated pleas they refused to budge. We called Expedia who in turn tried to reach the hotel but couldn’t get through. Long story short, after a frustrating two hours - particularly for small children and seniors in our party - we had to look for another hotel on our own. Extremely disappointed with both Expedia and this hotel.

Worst Nightmare...
They didnt allow me to check in. I had a confirmed mail from Expedia. Also i had called up the hotel a night before that i would be checking in at 4:45 am so make sure the room is there. They confirmed me that it would be there for you. When i reached for check in the hotel denied having any such booking in my name and the call centre denied having received any such call from me. IT is one of the most unique and disgusting experience with both Hotel and Expedia together. I hope you understand how it is to be denied check in for a fully paid room at 4:45am in the morning. A call to Expedia next day only tell me that please give us 48 hours to get back your refund. Still no call back from them also.
