J'avais la chambre 303 avec balcon et vue partielle sur la mer... On traverse la rue et on plonge dans l'eau sans sargasses je précise. Hôtel assez proche des quelques lieux nocturnes mais sans être confronté à la gêne de la musique. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans le restaurant Bean Crazy. Restaurant juxtant l'hôtel qui est ouvert le midi mais pas le soir... C'est un hotel sympathique et bien placé avec un personnel agréable. Si je retourne à West End, ce sera à cet endroit. En plus, il a un parking spacieux à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Parking juste à côté du très bon restaurant italien "Pazzo Italian Restaurant Italian"...J'ai bien aimé egalement le restaurant "La Ruta del Sabor 503" (Tester Pupusa, pollo chuco) A très bientôt je l'espère

Cat Poop!

This was our 2nd stay at Mr. Tucan and we brought 3 other couple with us. Except for a cat sneaking into our room and pooping in the middle of our bed (I'm not kidding) we enjoyed our stay and so did our friends. Unfortunately, the guests are allowed to feed the cats so they are EVERYWHERE. This should be discouraged by management.

Great location! I couldn't have made a better choice by choosing this hotel as I wanted to be close to the beach and walking distance feom everything. That is exactly what I got. Beach is right acrosse the street, I could here the ocean from my room. The check-in was fast and easy, great service! They offer transportation from and to the airport wich was also really simple and they were on time. The rooms are clean and simple, confortable beds wich is hard for me to find. I really appreciated the common area, where you can just relax and enjoy the sunset on the beach. Really great restaurants, bars, groceries, water-taxi within 10 minutes walk. Can get a little noisy as you are in the middle of the action but it was not a problem for me to sleep. No negative for me. I would definitely recommand!!

Nicely kept up property across from the best swimmable beach. Half Moon Bay is perfect for open water swimming, with half of the entire bay closed to boats. Clean clear water. Perfect temperature and calm as glass. Location could not be better.

We were in a double room as that’s all that was available. The room was clean and well furnished. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great but wish they’d allow hot tea instead of coffee. The sitting area is nice but I wish there were more cushions especially for the back.

We loved the location of this property for its easy access to the beach and walkable West End. Just ask one of the staff for lounge chairs, towels and an umbrella and they will set you up across the street on the beach. The shared area on the upper floor was a great place to relax under the canopy on those rainy days. It can be a lively place to socialize with other guests. The attached gift shop has good quality clothing and souvenirs that are well priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will likely return, and will book well in advance for the most reasonable rates.

The hotel is small and intimate but is well cared for. The staff is great and super friendly. We enjoyed the free breakfast at the coffee shop below. There is private security at all times so you definitely feel safe. If you are renting a car and driving, parking is difficult to find without directions. Overall it is a quaint little hotel and I would stay again
