I cancelled my booking within the time limit, even paid protection and still have not even heard about my refund. it’s been over a week.

No-frills, affordable motel in Brookfield. Room was clean, relatively modern. Had microwave, refrigerator. If you are in town to check out Galloping Ghost Arcade, this place is basically within walking distance.

This motel was absolutely adorable! I felt like I was pulling up to a fancy 70's motel. The room was bigger than most hotel rooms. The check in was easy and staff was wonderful. The only complaints would be fairly minor. They forgot to clean the fridge and the shampoo was partially used and they forgot to throw it away. The biggest complaint would be that we weren't in the room very long and our feet were black from the carpet and need professional cleaning on them. I would absolutely stay there again though and it was still a huge win from having to pay $300-$600 for a room downtown. It was an easy 20 minute drive into downtown Chicago.

It was wonderful stay. The place was very convenient for everything like food, railway station and staff was excellent. I will stay again if i will be in chicago again
