When I came to check in he tried to charge me for a room i already reserved. Then hands me a space heater for the room. Get to the room and there were no towels and TV was not working. I go back to office and they're gone for the night. They had a window AC unit that had holse so air came right in .

I booked our room for a local conference 3 months in advance. When we (myself and another conference attendee) arrived on the check in day, the guy at the front desk asked who I was. After stating my name he asked "Did she call you?" After stating no, he blamed her for not doing her job to tell me that they don't have a room us. Confused, I asked what he meant. He said that they didn't have the room that we reserved online and "Why would we hold a reservation for 3 months?" We could either all share one bed in a single room, or contact the website to initiate a refund. I stepped outside, called the website and began the process. They (the website) needed to speak with the front desk to confirm information but they didn't pick up. I had to go back inside to make sure the call went through. After some rather off color comments about person on the website not being American and criticizing the fact she had an accent and wasn't American, the front desk confirmed that the refund process was started. There was not apology from this person. While finishing on the phone with the website, the manager called to "see if we were still coming for our reservation." I called her back, found it was the manager and explained the situation. She was very polite and apologetic and not at all pleased with the front desk person passing on the blame and being so rude. She had told him earlier that they did have a room reserved for us but understands why we chose to look elsewhere.

This property was okay, but I was woken up repeatedly by either barking dogs or very loud music between 2-4 a.m. Would not recommend if you want to get a good night's sleep.

Had to rent a portable heater because there is no heat in rooms. Never got the deposit back. Lots of creepy crawlers. Ducted tape everywhere.

Upon arriving at the property and getting the key I was truly taken aback by the fact that the room did not have heat! We were offered a small space heater that we could rent for a $5 cash deposit, refundable once we turned it back in at checkout. I was beyond shocked! Is heat in the dead of winter now considered a luxury? And What if i didnt have $5? We would have just had to freeze to death? The bed was clean and comfortable but pushed all the way to the wall which was uncomfortable for my girl who had to climb over me to get to the bathroom!!! The bathroom seemed clean at first but upon closer inspection it was not very clean at all. The shower was hot with a nice temp but the showerhead was positioned right above the curtain on the wrong side! And the curtain did absolutely nothing to hold the water inside. Water went everywhere and everything in the bathroom was soaking wet after just a quick shower. The next thing was the roach infestation! All over the floor, walls, counters, all surfaces of the room were roaches crawling absolutely everywhere! We put all of our snacks and everything in the fridge. The absolute worst part was we were sitting there watching tv and a FRIGGIN MOUSE falls out of the ceiling vent onto the floor and scurries behind the dresser! It ran into the bathroom under a towel and i stomped it dead and flushed it down the toilet! My girl was terrified to sleep! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Cockroaches everywhere, horrific rooms where half the lights didn't work, furniture falling apart, stains everywhere, smelled awful. Staff was nice but this was genuinely the worst motel I've ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of bad motels. I counted over 30 cockroaches in my 3 days there. Having to fully wash out my car and bags today because they seemed to have crawled into them. Unbelievably awful experience.

Nasty and reeks of cat piss. This place needs to be closed down. My wife and I checked out two room and both were nasty. Roaches smashed on the walls, walls nasty with black finger prints on them and on top of it all there were junkies and dope feens all over the place. Nothing felt safe for us so we left immediately. This place is rated -20 in my boik

Worst terrible hate it

Room was full of cockroach, blanket was full of cigarettes hole, Extremely terrible, worst ever night, had to check out 4am when i saw cockroach on my pillow.
