Located near to Osaka Station, the transportation is very convenient! There are numerous shopping centers, shopping streets, gourmet restaurants, large electronics stores, and even art theaters nearby, offering a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options! The hotel facilities are modern and very comfortable!

中津のイベントに参加するため、この立地を選びました。 喫煙可ルームだったのも選んだ理由です。 1階に「喫煙室」とありますが、電子タバコのみです。 朝食はバイキングではなくやよい軒だったのはちょっとガッカリしました･･･。 夫婦2人だったのでダブルで予約しましたが、セミダブルかと思う狭さにもなんだかなー？と思いました ただ梅田駅から徒歩圏内なので、府外から来てあちこち大阪を楽しみたい人にはオススメだと思います。 2泊したのですが、ゴミ箱が小さく、大量の缶とかペットボトルを別袋にして置いてきたのは大変申し訳なく思っております😰

1階のエレベーターから自動販売機やランドリーがある通路にダンボールが置いてあり3泊4日の間片付けられず通路の半分が通れない事態。 1階のやよい軒で朝食を食べた際に添付の写真に記載されている納豆定食を見たので、翌朝フロントで申し込んだところ「扱っていない」と言われたがこれは詐欺だと感じた。 フロントや清掃係は良くやっているがマネジメントが仕事をしていないと感じた。 温水トイレも日本製でない韓国製のレベルの低い製品を備えており、ガッカリした。 シェラトンの名前を信じて利用したが、二度と泊まりたくない。
