Although not 5 star because the property is an old coaching inn , I have stayed here many times and I have always thought it perfectly met my needs . And I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it .

Great stay, even better breakfast! Only thing I would say is the coffee needs to improve. A French press isn’t good enough - a proper coffee machine is needed. Staff are also great and really helpful with any queries I had

Thanks for a very enjoyable stay in Newport Pagnell, the Star Revived is definitely worth the high rating (and probably more). We stayed 1 night in standard room with (fantastic) breakfast - great value all round. Great location on high st with lots of dining options nearby, although dinner menu looks very good, good safe parking as well. As well as comfortable clean rooms the property has excellent staff throughout- the breakfast staff even filled our water bottles with cold water and ice cubes - just what we needed for our 3hr drive home to Somerset on a very hot day in May. Many thanks for our stay and if back in the area will definitely stay again.

The room was at the very top of the hotel in the roof, and up several flights of stairs getting Increasingly hot the further up you went. By the time I arrived at 3 30 the room was incredibly hot and opening the window only made it hotter. Once I found a fan.shut away in a wardrobe it did circulate the air. I know there is little the hotel can do, but it wasn't a pleasant experience to stay in a small room.

Lovely hotel, spotless clean, staff lovely. The only thing I could say is, why on earth do hotels sell room only options when most people expect to have breakfast included.
