Perfect Stay in Kensington

Cute, eclectic hotel right in the heart of Kensington, just across the street from the palace and a 5-min walk to High Street Kensington station. Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and sufficient for our needs. For Americans traveling here, make note the rooms are small and may not appeal to you if you want lots of room. I didn't spend much time in my room so it didn't bother me since I was only sleeping there. The drinks at the bar were fun and unique. Definitely has a White Lotus vibe. Very fun and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to west London. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Well appointed rooms but be advised they can be quite small. Bathroom sink is very small as is the shower. Drink tokens were a very nifty and welcome extra. Location was very convenient and staff was always ready to help.

It was such an amazing stay at Hux hotel! Loved the upper floor room with an “attic” style of the room. Made me feel like I live in London. So much better than a sterile hotel style. The design in the hotel and the bar is super creative and well maintained. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Great service, friendly staff, we arrived early but was able leave our luggage and explore London until the room was ready. Great location close to underground or walking distance to most amenities. The animals in the front window is a crowd stopper.

Fantastic Hotel

Wonderful, quirky hotel in a great location with excellent staff who were friendly and attentative at all times. Great location too. The only thing I would flag is that it may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues as you need to climb two flights of stairs to get to the lift up to the rooms.

The receptionist Hanad provided an excellent service. He is very friendly and helpful. When we left,The other staff and owner of the hotel are so nice to help us to move our luggage to the car. They are so friendly the room is clean and comfortable. Serve tea and coffee daily. The location is convenient, close to underground, restaurants and grocery store

Super séjour au sein du Hux. L’hôtel est particulièrement original, très bien entretenu et parfaitement situé pour se déplacer à pied ou en transports. Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et accueillant ! La chambre était très propre, nettoyée parfaitement tous les jours. Celle qu’on avait choisit était petite mais bien agencée et disposait de tout le nécessaire. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation l’hôtel si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour !

Eclectic & Unique

The hotel is eclectically unique with a stuffed life size lion in the window. We had a petit double room which is exactly what it was. We were greeted by a very welcoming young man called Liam who was helpful and professional. The room was clean and vibrantly decorated. My husband and I stayed here as it is a good location for us to go to the theatre. It also is close to shops, restaurants and museums as well as Hyde Park for a stroll. We booked for 2 nights, but due to the size of the room I think an overnight is enough. There is little room for clothes and storage without affecting your movement around the room. We went into the hotel bar on one evening to have a cocktail, but we felt it was quite an intimidating experience. The bar was empty apart from a group of staff congregating around the bar all discussing and making new cocktails we believe. One of the staff served us who was obviously knowledgeable, but we felt it was a very imposing atmosphere and didn’t go to the bar again. This was a shame as the quirkiness and feel of the rest of the hotel we loved.

Lovely contemporary small hotel

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and lots of attention for details. We chose Hux for the location and for the smaller size of the hotel and that was an excellent choice. Bedroom, small but very comfortable with top notch linen, soft towels, bathrobes provided, tea and coffee facilities and 2 free cocktails. Also enjoyed having dinner and overall it was a pleasure staying there
