The property is in a quiet and convenient location; you can easily grab a ride share whenever you’re ready. Majority of the staff work extremely hard to meet your needs. I reserved the pool room and enjoyed it better than the hotel main pool. The best part about this hotel is the food. Everything ordered from room service and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I hate they badgered me about purchasing a timeshare, I’m on vacation and I don’t want to be hassled. Also, there are gnats in the room that were annoying at times.

We really enjoyed our 14 day stay at the hotel. The location and view from the room and pool is incredible and the staff is extremely helpful and service minded. The restaurant/room service and breakfast buffet is decent, but not Great. However the pricing of both is very reasonsble so its a good way to get a good cheap dinner, but dont expect a gourmet experience.

The Wyndham Grand Phuket is a beautiful hotel. My room offered an impressive view of the sea, and each morning I was greeted by a mesmerizing landscape. I particularly appreciated the innovative feature that allows guests to order food to their rooms through a mobile application. However, there is an area in need of improvement regarding room conditions. Upon my initial check-in, the first room I was assigned exhibited a moldy odor; nonetheless, upon bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, my room was promptly changed.

I liked my stay at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay a lot. The front desk area is small and was crowded when I first checked in. In my opinion, it didn't give a great first impression but the staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in a hotel to be included as part of my room price. The room was great with an awesome view of Kalim Bay. The hotel is oddly laid out with various buildings and levels but I didn't mind it. Oh, and location, location! It's just a few minutes from the beach and town of town Patong. A huge plus! Overall I recommend this hotel.
