Room was good for a night. Person at the office was very nice upon arrival and departure. The room was clean and partially updated. The bathroom and closet had some mold stains on the ceiling, and shower had it all around the caulk and shower door. AC worked well to keep it cool and most humidity out. Bed really needs to be replaced as mattress was not comfortable. Located on a busy road and very noisy at night. With the combo of the mattress and noise, we got zero sleep. I would not stay here again.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The common areas, pool and room were exceptionally clean. The room exceeded our expectations in size and decor. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. We cannot wait to stay here and hopefully for longer next time.

The place was very clean. Older furniture and bathroom fixtures but overall we had a comfortable stay. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Staff were very friendly and communication regarding check in, the stay, and check out was clearly explained; even parking options were spelled out!

Overall, It's a nice place. The room was very clean and both staff members I interacted with were really nice. No military or senior discounts. No modern charging ports of any sort for your electronic devices.,,i.e.,usb port, so make sure you bring a box with your charging cable. Rm #52 is right on the street so it was really loud. That same rm has a water drainage spout just outside of the entry door that makes an god awful noise wgen it's raining hard. It sounds as if someone left a tea kettle on too long or like a loud crackiing noise with no turn off switch. Once I realized the noise was outside of my rm, I knew I was in for a long restless night if it continued raining hard. I wanted to place a towel over it, but, decided against that. The expresso machine in the office is good and pretty fast.

Bad part of town. Unexpected second deposit when I checked in. Walking in it smelled great but when I went to pee in the bathroom the toilet paper was half used with brown stuff on the sides. The bed was terrible very hard and uncomfortable. The sheets had yellow stains on them and the blankets had bleach stains. The shower leaked water outside the shower door a lot And the walls were deteriorating from constant leak. The staff was super nice but I couldn’t overlook how much I paid for that area and conditions.

This is a rundown motel that has been painted clean. The walls are paper thin. There is nothing modern- key entry, no phone charging ports. The door to the room was not secure. We had a room roadside and might as well have been outside. We heard police sirens, motorcycles- etc. The air conditioner went on and off all night- click, run for 10 seconds, click off. There was a dripping sound that could not be corrected from in the room, the parking is free but in a skinny back alley. Scary- not safe! The mattress was awful. We were in the room for a few minutes to change for our event. Returned back after midnight and left at 5 am with little sleep. I am disappointed with Hotels.com because this is not the 1st time that the place and the ratings were very off!
