The first room had a broken window that wouldn’t close and it’s loud outside. They moved us rooms to their credit which was essentially the same exact room which was fine. The absolute most annoying thing is the way they do the HVAC it was 25c/80f almost every single night. Miserable and the only way to get them to change it was to call down and they manually changed it and it only lasted a few hours.
The location is fine close to the river and felt safe but it was just mediocre otherwise.
Never ate the food here.
The rooms felt stale and dusty. It was very apparent when we got to our next hotel how much cleaner and just in general the air quality. We all thought we were getting sick but immediately felt better once we changed hotels.
I would not recommmend this place to anyone unless they were planning to party the entire time and not be in the room much at all.
