Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Staff at breakfast very kind. Awesome beach view from our room. Loud mariachi bands throughout the day. Good place for beach walking and close to restaurants in gold zone. Pool was nice, plenty of lounges. The building itself in need of major repair! Rooms clean. Furniture needs update. No hand towels or wash clothes. Lobby desk staff very helpful.

The pictures shown are clearly old, as the hotel is well worn. The pool and beach access is pretty good (though some of the umbrellas at the pool didn't work and there could have been more of them), and that's the best part of the hotel. The mattress was quite hard and the pillows were lumpy, the linens were laundered but old and had some stains that likely no longer come out. The free breakfast was mediocre. If you were looking at the photos and thinking it's too good to be true for the price, that would be correct and you get what you pay for. That said, if you're looking for an inexpensive beach hotel, this does the job, as long as you know what to expect. The staff were helpful so no complaints there. Another inconvenience was that if you're checking out, you can leave luggage, but there was no way to leave valuables in a safe with the front desk.

Very bad The service was terrible and the room was very neglected. The towels were worn and torn, the doors were sagging and very difficult to open, the bed was in bad condition, and the tables and chairs were dirty. All the staff was very courteous. The pool was very clean. They also kept the beach area clean too. The property needs an update/remodeling. The price was fine if you only need a space to sleep/rest. The view to the beach from your room is beautiful. There's places to visit/shop all day.
