Candeo is nice and close to Dotonburi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good and had all necessities. It is very convenient with self-laundry service, vending machines, and the onsen all on then top floor!

Good location, very close to Dotonbori Street, nice lobby, walkable to everything. My only concern is that the room is so small; they don’t have a closet. It's really a small room, and we can’t keep our luggage open wide, or else there’s no more space to walk. We got the Executive Twin Room with Sofa Bed, Non Smoking.

Friendly and helpfull staff and hotel located a small walking distance from a couple different train lines. Room was nice size and in good condition. Only reason I didnt 5 star the hotel was the lack of safe in the room (not that you likely need one but insurance companies tend to require one incase something goes missing)

Not sure if I am biased. The Kyoto hotels that we stayed were better than this hotel in Osaka. Breakfast quality wise, it’s average. I guess maybe the hotel had so many guests that the overall experience became less relaxed. It’s possible that it’s due to over tourism.

Expensive hotel , with spa. But if you did not use spa , will not worth to stay. Good point, convenient and many shops around this hotel and spa. Bad point, small room, expensive room, breakfast is not nice, check out at 11am and need to carry your heavy luggage to lock it by your own and if you are unluckily, no space for ground, need to use your hand to carry and put on the second level of shelves. Abit disappointment with their arrangement.

While the front desk staff was polite, these basic cleanliness issues are unacceptable. The hallways are so dirty, it needs carpet shampooing. The hope is that the hotel takes steps to improve its housekeeping procedures.

Overall the hotel is really close to Dotonbery. A little pricy with not much amenities. There is a onzen spa, for those who like that activity. The smoking room is not enough as i can breath the second hand smoke when i was in the lobby.

The rooms are VERY small, there is absolutely no place to put stuff, and the bathroom is smaller than a cruise’s bathroom with again, nowhere to put your stuff. Also, the hotel was packed with people, so waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. People used the onsen a lot, I didn’t try it, but that was another reason for the congestion in the elevators. The hotel is super close to Dotonbori street and there are lots of places to eat or buy food, but there are soo many people in the area. I don’t know if it’s always like this, or we came in at a especially busy time, but it was overwhelming with so many people
