Séjour conforme au descriptif et à nos attentes. Arrivée et départ en complète autonomie (Aucun personnel visible lors de notre passage). Chambre propre. Dommage que le règlement ai été prélevé rapidement après la réservation alors que sur hôtel.com était indiqué règlement sur place. Pas de service de petit déjeuner le matin exceptionnellement lors de notre passage mais indiqué l'après midi du check in par SMS.Celà aurait été bien de le savoir avant notre départ du domicile surtout qu'il n'y a ni bouilloire, ni thé, ni tasse, ni café soluble, ni chocolat, ni sucre disponible à discrétion en chambre. Dommage sur ce point améliorable mais séjour agréable dans l'ensemble et au bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande donc cet établissement.

Hôtel très propre, service client très réactif (réservation à la dernière minute, un jour férié), literie impeccable et très confortable. Un salon dans l’hôtel avec une bouilloire ou un distributeur de boissons serait un gros plus, car peu de choses sont ouvertes le soir dans Villeneuve sur Lot, et c’est vraiment la seule chose qu’il manque à cet hôtel.
