Wunderschönes Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool. Leider mit Mücken… Ruhig gelegen. Von der nahen Zuglinie hört man nicht viel.

Only negative was we were asked if we required milk in our room for the tea and coffee provided and we never received it. Fortunately we had some with us in our car fridge. Also when our room was serviced after the first night they didn"t replenish the tea bags.

Simple guest house located in a residential area in Guildford. Room not big but comfortable and well equipped. No food served on premises but it is an easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. John was super helpful with recommendations.

The property is a beautifully converted Victorian house, it has been restored to its former glory while being modernized. The owners are quite accommodating and the cooked breakfasts are excellent.

Perfect in every way! Quaint historic property that is conveniently located within walking distant of downtown Guildford. Wonderful hosts that are not only helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Guildford River Retreat!!

The owner was lovely, extremely accommodating! Willing to do anything to help. Ensured I felt comfortable. Even brought me almond milk to my room. Bedding was lovely and all amenities extremely clean. Will definitely be back and recommending to others wanting to stay in/around Perth. Stones throw away from the train station so even if visiting without a car, very easily accessible and easy to get to other places around. Cafe strip also very close.
