The Resort Condo in overall 4 starts, need more maintenance mostly the Infinite Pool, (sand in the pool), towels everywhere, on the 19 floor under the furniture close to the elevators are napkins or papers. Our apartment was great, clean, organized, no complaints at all, the best part, the ocean view. Friendly with kids, activities for them that my boy love it the slide and the water falls.

Great location on the beach. great view of the ocean. this is a valet only hotel if you are driving. easy process to text to get your vehicle. The unit we stayed was great except for the beds and pillows. very uncomfortable and the pillows were useless. had to check out a day early because of the discomfort.

The property was great (beach/pool/etc) however I would not recommend booking a condo at the Marriott Singer Island. The units are intermingled with hotel rooms but the staff does not (or can not) assist with issues. Our toilet was broken on arrival, it took 3 days to fix a TV, and a load of laundry was ruined from bleach in the machine. Pay the extra money to book through the hotel.

Kind of a pain that you have to use valet parking. Also, the waiter service around the pool is awful. Gave an order three times and I am still waiting for it!

Annoying warnings ahead of stay

Nice apartment. Repeated warnings after booking that this was in no way comparable to hotel stay and providing numerous alerts on check-in and checkout restrictions and responsibility for partial laundry duties. Very unwelcoming. This didn’t match overall high price for property. Wi-Fi not included. Marriott staff very helpful despite not directly responsible.
