minibar說免費享用，但裡面是空的。洗完澡水會留到外面及隔壁馬桶間，在上廁所時腳都會踩著水很不舒服，洗手台在外面也很詭異，洗完臉地上都會濕掉，工業風設計讓水龍頭看起來髒髒舊舊。 服務人員很親切，但整體而言沒有飯店服務的專業感，前台常常沒人無法尋求幫助，但退房時服務人員有幫忙叫車很感謝！

駅からもまあまあ近いので便利なホテルでした。 窓口のスタッフさんの対応にばらつきがある気もしましたがおおむね満足です。 ただ、これはホテルの問題なのか分かりませんが、壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音がよく聞こえて、年末年始だったこともあり夜中まで寝れませんでした。

トンロー駅からは徒歩5分もかからず，ホテルまでの道も分かりやすかったです。ただ，一番近いコンビニがトンロー駅なので，その点は少し不便に感じました。 浴室のアメニティはシャンプーとソープのみなので，トリートメント系は持参した方が良いと思います。 シャワーの水圧は十分でしたが，温度が不安定な時がありました。 フロントで電子レンジを借りれるか聞いてみましたが，電子レンジはないとのこと。冷たいガパオを食べるはめになりました。 （これは私の英語力の問題かもしれません　笑）
