Good resort with a good selection of food and activities. Biggest draw back was despite booking a new lodge the bed and sofa were beyond uncomfortable - more style over substance. For us to stay again the accommodation would need to improve to truly cater for a family for a week

Es war wie immer ein wunderbarer Urlaub, nur geht es echt nicht das nur ein Schalter zum einfahren von 9 Stück geöffnet ist. Erst mussten wir 50 Minuten warten beim einchecken was schon nervig war. Aber auch sonst wenn man auf das Gelände gefahren ist mussten wir jedes Mal so lange warten weil 10-15 Familien vor uns immer eingecheckt haben. Das geht nicht, da muss ein Schalter für Personen die nicht einchecken immer geöffnet sein! Außerdem leider viele tote Ratten und Mäuse gesehen. Und verstehe auch nicht warum selbst am Wochenende alles auf der Promenade ab 20 Uhr schon geschlossen hatte? Schwimmbad sogar noch früher.

+ our own quiet large space was so nice to have + convenient grocery store and bakery had plenty and well priced variety + quick response for fixing leaky bathroom sink + friendly English speaking staff Our cottage was really far from aquamundo For checkout we kept waiting for the bag for linens and it wasn’t there by 10, so we just left a big pile. City bus had so many people waiting to come back from Disney, we decided to take uber instead. Uber pickup at entrance was easy, but some cottages are too far to walk. They can also drive in. Booking through Travelocity, payment does not go to hotel until 2 days before stay. That made it impossible to book any activities or golf cart early in the window. Called the park and they had our confirmation number, but couldn’t do anything through the website.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom comfort cottage. I was much better than I expected. The pool is great but we would have liked some other options such as tennis badminton etc like other centre parcs. Although there is bowling and an escape room this is expensive and gets booked up fast. Val d Europe is not far and has good shops and restaurants if want to explore out the park. Train into Paris also easy. This one seems very much a base for Disney.

No hot water in our property. We messaged everyday about it and they fixed it most days, but it then stopped working again the next day. No TV or wifi working in the room, which we reported on the first day, but it took a week to fix and only worked on our last night there. Also had to report a broken toilet seat, which they did fix quickly. Generally a nice place with great activities, although we did have to request a refund on 2 activities as the bowling lane was broken and the laser battle was cancelled and we weren't informed. Would be a really nice place if the factilities were better maintained.

Whilst our property was not available at allocated time as it still had a cleaner in it, which was a minor issue it was all clean and sorted within 25 minutes…and super clean. Great stay, highly recommend

We had a fantastic time at Villages Nature Paris - wish we had been able to stay for longer! Our visit was at the latter end of a multi-stop holiday to some cities in Europe, all by train, so we had to use public transport to get to the resort, arriving at Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy, and then catching the very regular bus 2231 from the south bus station. This cost 10 euro cash for 4 of us. Staying here at the end was a great way to relax a bit, but also have some fun in the water park! The pools are amazing, and with the upcoming development of further outdoor water areas, we will likely revisit in a year or two. The Farm and play area are also fantastic for children. Whilst staying we also made use of the Pedalos, climbing area, Games Arcade, Interactive play fountain (great!) and the various play areas throughout. On the first night (Monday) we ventured to the main area to eat - and this was the only negative - the lack of places to eat at a slightly later hour! Whilst there are a few restaurants and cafes available, the only one that would allow us in around 7pm onwards was the Vapiano - Italian Restaurant which had really long queues. We did eventually get a table and food was good, but seems an area for improvement. We did visit Disneyland on one of the days; however important to note that whilst Disney is likely a reason to stay here, be sure not to miss out on what Villages Natures has to offer! Overall, a fantastic place to go and would highly recommend!

En terme de propreté que ce soit le logement ou le parc rien à redire ! énorme bémol du séjour ce d’apprendre en arrivant qu’il n’y a pas de Clim dans tout le parc en période de canicule malheureusement la verdure ne suffit pas .. les nuits sont donc compliquée et en journée chaque activité est dure à faire tant il fait chaud même pour les activités intérieures (bowling .. ) l’espace piscine est incroyable, la diversité des activités est sympa. Dernier bémol nous avons trouver que les indications pour rejoindre telle ou telle activités n’étaient pas évidente même avec un plan ou l’appli ; il faudrait plus de panneaux de signalisation. Autre point négatif les jardins des habitations ne sont pas tondus : avec un enfant de 3 ans compliqué car beaucoup de fleurs avec épines. Sinon côté pratique : très sympa d’avoir un supermarché sur place et différents restaurants

Our accommodation was quite tired and had minor damage/wear that could be easily rectified within a few hours to bring it up to standard. It Felt a little unloved. The location, friendliness of staff and facilities were great. We would definitely return and use center parcs Paris again. It felt very safe. It is perfect for accessing Disney as next door although not walkable.
